Good place to grab a meal and a beer. Servers seem to have a high turnover, we never see the same one twice anymore. Food was not as good as previously, but was better than the 1st place we tried where music was so loud you couldn't talk at all.

We felt sorry for our waitress as it seemed business was slow and her children were helping her. We left a generous tip and thanked her. However, our card was double charged and when I called to get it corrected it was like pulling teeth!! Manager Veronica avoided my calls and when I kept calling she finally called me back. She didn't take responsibility for what happened and blamed it on the "system". She first told me that I was the only one to have this happen to, only to own up to that lie and tell me it happened last week!! WTH is going on here? I know my bank didn't make this mistake and to lie and try to cover up this theft is beyond Unprofessional! I asked for the owner's name or district manager's name to which I was told I couldn't have. That tells me you're hiding something. I expect a full refund after this and an apology from higher ups at Applebee's. Someone is scamming customers and everyone needs to know!!

Had not been in a couple of years. Our meal was great! Loved it! Will be coming back more often for sure! Service was just as good as the meal.
We haven’t been here in a while, we were pleasantly surprised! New management, mostly new staff. Everyone was very attentive, Manager came up to us and made sure everything was perfect. We always get the appetizer sampler and a burger. Everything was fresh and hot, very enjoyable experience.

Today Jan 18th, we walk in. Super dead inside. We look around and see the employees sitting around the bar. Finally had to call out to get the hostess up front. She asks us how many. We were the only 2 customers standing there. But I digresss, she then turns around and yells at the other workers and says “hey, whose turn is it?” No one responded. So she said she’s just gonna put us in the bar area an someone would pick us up. Then she asks another girl who’s gonna get us. She says it’s Heather’s turn but she went home. Finally one of the girls at the bar said that we were in her section, but she didn’t want us. That when I said “well just go”. She looked at me and said “ok bye” and turned around and walked away. And you wonder why the place is struggling.
