“The bakery at Walmart in Danville has a pretty good selection of freshly baked items and prepackaged items both. The cheesecake sampler is delicious! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars in all is because the triple chocolate cheesecake was one of my favorite bakery items but over the past couple of weeks or so, something has changed about it.Dietary restrictions: The bakery offers sugar free items for those who have sugar restrictions. They also have low calorie options, gluten free and keto snack options…among other things.Parking: The bakery is inside of Walmart so there is both regular parking and handicapped parking available to patrons. There are also designated parking spaces for law enforcement.Kid-friendliness: The bakery has several kid-friendly snacks and desserts. My kids love getting their donuts.Wheelchair accessibility: The bakery at Walmart is completely wheelchair accessible, as is the rest of the store. The store offers motorized wheelchairs for handicapped patrons with baskets that can be used for shopping.“
“When I needed a local bakery to help me get some special treats delivered to my sister, Kathy with Queens of Sweets & Treats really came through for me. She hand delivered them with a sweet smile, and my sister said everything was delicious!“
“So our daughter is getting married, and a contractor that I work with recommends a place in Junction City and then you are asked by several others, “where you getting her cake from,” and you say we are going to check out a place in Junction City, and the reactions you get from everyone that has asked is, “oh those are the best”, so you just have to call and schedule a time and go see what it is all about! So we plane out trip and google likes to trip you sometimes so she takes us the back way which was curvy roads and made you feel like you were in Egypt! Come to find out they are just off 127! So you arrive and Boom! Automatically Blown away, a cute little storefront, with lots of parking! You walk in and the atmosphere is amazing! cake stands of all kinds sitting around, as well as custom cups, jewelry and other stuff for purchase, and the smells that overwhelm you with delight! It was like being a kid in a candy store! The service was amazing! We went in to have a meeting on a custom wedding cake with cupcakes and was greeted by a sweet girl that got Cindy for us! She made us feel like we was the only ones in the store! The one on one attention she gave us and really understanding what exactly we was wanting for my daughters big and her recommendations on colors, etc. She made us feel great about our decision! The only hard part about this decision will be the flavors we pick out for the cupcakes. She has so many too offer! Now I know what all the fuss is about when you say “sweets by Cindy in Junction City! Thanks Cindy for making our day great! If nothing else goes right on the big day, we shall just eat Cake!
