Ordered a Wedding Cake and it was the worst tasting cake that I have ever tasted. I took one bite and spit it out. And threw it in the dumpster. It was a waste of money. Absolutely no flavor. Plus they never answer their phones or return them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give them a -5 star.

We are celebrating a birthday, so I ran in and grabbed an assortment of cupcakes. I have to say the cake was moist, full of flavor and the buttercream was wonderful. These, in my opinion, are the some of the best cupcakes in the area. Can't wait to celebrate with them again.

I ordered the signature Chocolate Turtle Cake for my husband's birthday celebration. It was outstanding! I ordered the eight inch cake & it was huge. I highly recommend this wonderful bakery. Just a "heads up..." a custom cake needs to be ordered a few weeks in advance, but there are plenty of signature cakes that you can order a few days in advance. Very friendly, local bakery!

WEDDING CAKE DREAMS- My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from this bakery and couldn't have been happier. People raved about our cake and it was gone before our venue's staff was able to snag us a few extra pieces to save for later. Would absolutely recommend this bakery. The owner is a true gem and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The tasting was a lot of fun too:)
I called from out of state to have a delivery made to Danville family and Kathy was so very helpful! They made the last minute birthday assortment box to my uncle possible - thank you!

I guess if I were giving them money they would be a little nicer not sure. I have delivered grocery’s to this place twice and both times they were extremely rude. I would never actually buy anything from them. Not my fault the store is out of items not my fault you don’t check your messages.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The owner of this bakery has zero respect for her employees, and if you were to ask any of them they'd tell you something I found baffling. I was told that a customer called and tried to order a wedding cake with organic ingredients for himself and his fiancé for their wedding day. The owner of this business refused this order and told them she wasn't able to make an organic cake. But in reality she discriminates against the lgbtq+ community, and even tells her employees to refuse them service. As a Christian woman I would imagine that instead of spreading hate, she would want to encourage the love of god. I can only think that if Jesus were to own that bakery he wouldn't have thought twice about making that cake.

Hands down our favorite bakery in town. Not only is the food delicious, the sweets perfectly delectable, but the staff is just as sweet! Shana and her staff are polite, helpful, and go above and beyond to meet the needs of our community. As a teacher at one of the schools that benefits from Cupcake Love Ministry, I am so thankful and impressed with a company that gives back to our kids so open heartedly. Thanks for everything you do for Danville, B&B!

I tried to place an order for the Bourbon and Bluegrass event for Bluegrass and Buttercream, both on the phone and in person. I was redirected to use the website that is not user friendly because it kept rerouting through Facebook which I do not have. I contacted them again by phone and they insisted that I must use the website to order and implied that I was not being honest about being unable to access the website. I think in rare instances you can make an exception and take a hand written order if someone is struggling with a website. I will not order anything at all from there ever again. Shauna was not helpful at all. We do eat there from time to time and order from a paper menu we printed from a picture we took of the menu in store. Not anymore......
