I will never be eating from this fazolis again I usually love fazolis food but that past 5 times I’ve order from there the food has been awful the pizza is always deformed and undercooked most the time the service is awful almost anytime you go to eat there expect to wait a while before you get your food the people are usually nice but that’s about it the food is horrible.

Surprisingly, I have lived in the Danville area for a little over 3 years, and not one time have I heard about this place. Working in several restaurants, managing a few businesses, there has been such “hush hush” about this place! I see why!! They are outstanding! Customer service, precise, polite, and prompt! Can’t beat it! Pricing, decent for the quality of food, and I am from Cincinnati! Feel like that says something! My cashier/server B was adorable and phenomenal! This is an under rated and great spot! Definitely bringing the family more often!!

Went through the drive thru and waited 30+ minutes for our food. After about 20 minutes, I went in to figure out where the food was and they blamed it on the fact that we ordered wings. This is completely unacceptable. If the menu has wings on it, there should be wings ready to go. A customer should not have to wait 30 minutes for wings to cook, especially in a drive thru. Once we had waited 30 minutes, we went in again to check on the food. The workers made zero effort to make it right. I understand a busy night at a fast food restaurant but this is ridiculous. The customer service was below par. No one apologized and no one even cared. Obviously, I don’t expect customer service to be amazing at a Fazoli’s - or any fast food chain for that matter - it’s fast paced and the workers are in a hurry, but I do expect the workers to make the moment right when they mess up. We requested a refund but none was given. The manager would not come out of the back to speak with us and find a solution. In fact, he/she refused to come out and made the worker go back and forth to communicate.
Food is good but the service can be frustrating at times. Examples: order the ultimate sampler and they give u a different sampler...lol Other times if you order a special topping change or ingredient change, it will probably be wrong...lol Especially when it's busy getting those requests corrected might be frustrating but above all I do recommend this restaurant because the food quality is still great and worth the wait.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from parking to sidewalk, then level ground to any table available inside. Has several standard tables and one that is specific for wheelchair but most tables on outside could be used if needed.

Worst Italian food in memory. Almost crunchy lasagna with overcooking. Had better quality from a can. The soft drink was adequate. Employees were very courteous, as if apologizing for the food they were about to serve. Store was clean.

March 25th..still no responce after I emailed them with my info.Still no response from management after they requested I email them.The manager said to email her with my concerns..I did and there is still no response.I come here often..used to anyway. Today, I waited in line..was asked to pull up and wait.. no problem. Then wait again..guy behind me better like ziti because that was my order...I got his order..which I don't like. I'm home eating someone else's lunch... next time, I'll go elsewhere.The car in front should be served first..not rocket science.
