So far I’ve been waiting 50 minutes for a mobile order of an Unwich. Nothing fancy. Still no sandwich in sight. ? Anyone who came into the restaurant and ordered at the counter were in and out in minutes. PSA: the app is NOT faster. Just order inside. ?

Walked over here from the harbor freight parking lot. Door was locked at 10:25 and employees saw me standing outside in the cold wind. Not a big deal, but at 10:30, the time they are supposed to open, I grabbed the door again and still locked. No one even attempted to let me in. Ridiculous.

I wanted to order delivery but it kept routing me to pickup even though I was less than 3 miles away. I called the store and was told 2.7 miles might be too far away depending on the direction. There wasn't anything that popped up saying I was out of area. I only realized it when I reviewed the order. It would be easy to miss.When I arrived at the store I was pleased to see they had a big sign advertising curb side pick up. "Just call and they will bring your order out"I called the number but was told "they don't really do that" and there is a shelf by the door for pick up orders. My order was there with cups in the bag but no napkins. You have to reach behind the counter for those.

I order three sandwiches and they got them all wrong. Subway is better then Jimmy John that's not say much. Fast isn't better if done wrong.they need to step up and start to do things right and better.

It was our first time at Jimmy John’s. We came in based on an ad on the website for the caprese sandwich. That promotion was over that was our first disappointment. Then we literally waited 27 minutes for our 2 sandwich’s. There were only three people in the restaurant so the holdup must’ve been for to go orders sandwiches were ok, my husband got the spicy italian. There were literally three hot peppers on the whole 8 inch sub. We will not be back, Penn station is much much better.

They didn't have any bread lol then he was like o I found a stick of bread and I was like o nevermind I'm good!! So usually this is good lil sandwich shop but I'm not Impressed lately js

3 years ago I made the mistake of going to this burger king, haven't been back since until today. I didn't want to drive all the way to Hardees in Junction. They didn't put bacon on my whopper. That was the least of the problems. The food tasted like an old Swansons TV dinner salbury steak without the gravy. The bun smelled awful as did the lettuce, threw it away. Had 2 bacon double cheese burgers that were the same. (no I don't have covid). Then the survey site would not allow me to take the survey the survey, as if they deleted the ticket because they knew they made a mistake and knew I would say something. Yes they (all restaurants) do that. Thank you for making my decision to make the 10 mile round trip out of the way to the Hardees in Junction. They are far superior.

I come later at night and the two workers there are generally kind, decent customer service and at time social. They never make you feel bad for food choices and happy to explain things!Parking: Many store fronts, so there is plenty of space.

One of the cleanest, nicest restaurants I've ever been to. Service is great and "freaky fast" as they say. Employees are great and definitely go out of their way to make things right the first time. Will definitely be back time and time again. Also love the humor in the bathrooms.
