I usually doordash from here 3 times a week and I get the 3 piece chicken meal and I always call and ask if I can get 3 chicken legs instead of one chicken leg and two thighs .Its never been a problems and whenever I talk to someone they was always friendly and knew I called to request the legs since you can’t choose on doordash . It’s for my autistic son who is a very picky eater and loves their chicken legs and we currently only have one vehicle that my husband has during the day for work . So I always door dash our lunch . We have been doing this for about 4 months now multiple times a week. Well today I spoke to the general manager who I have never spoken to before and she tells me they are not aloud to do that and whoever was doing it wasn’t suppose to be doing it . I even offered to pay more or add something to the order if there was a price difference. But no . Pretty sad the other managers was friendly and have done it for months and all of a sudden the gm says no.looks like they need the business considering the place is always dead. Looks like we will have to find somewhere else to spend that much money a week on . Which I know doesn’t matter loosing one customer to her .it would be different if it hadn’t already been edone for months and was never a big deal to begin with . Now my son is going to be devastated since this is a routine place went to weekly.

A Chick-Fil-A is going in there. No matter because KFC was terrible anyway, dirty, poor service, etc. Lee's is SO much better.

The food is normally good and hot, when they have what you order. Never order extra biscuits tho, they will charge you but won't remember them. Try to go when the older staff is in, they are better at getting the whole order correct and are very friendly.

Serve the Colonels quality chicken. What I received was nasty and had the texture of shoe leather. The employee who filled my order knew it was unservable and should have been discarded. Store needs new management. I know we are still on Covid alert but serve a good pro duct to the customers you still have. PM me when your service and product are up to standard.

I went there for lunch and used the drive thru. I order 3 chicken tenders meal. The person taking the order was very nice. I asked for extra gravy because they never put enough on and he made sure I got some. The biscuit was hard a the chicken was horrible. The chicken was hard as a rock and you could tell it didn’t look fresh. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Couldn’t even go in and complain because the dining room doesn’t open until 3:00. I used too eat there all the time because the food was fresh, the dining room was open and the staff took care of you. Not the case anymore. Won’t go back until they get a better manager.

Horrible Customer Service to the point the young lady came out cussing us in the parking lot. She was rude taking our order, cut us off, we ended up driving away. My son did flip her off, but she chased our truck down cussing and threatening. HORRIBLE

Used the app to order ahead, got notification that our food was ready went to pick up. First issue was when we tried to call the number for curbside pickup, no one would answer the phone. No problem we will just go in and pick our order up, well that was a problem! When we went to pick up our pre paid order we where told that it would be at least a 20 min wait, they had no chicken cooked at 6 pm. So here I sit waiting in my car , it's been 10 mins. Needless to say I won't be doing this again

Order wasn't right I asked for two classic chicken sandwiches 1 was spicy I eat it but I think it sad that we pay good money to get food and people just don't care what you order. Must be funny after the fill your order. Hope they have a big laugh . I've give them a second chance they blew it. So long KFC Danville

Danville, Kentucky. HORRIBLE service! We ordered 3 meals and 2 large sides. Fries & coleslaw. We were asked to pull up, then asked to park in the parking lot. Was told it wouldn't be very long. Soon there were 6 of us waiting. We waited over a half hour, then employees came out with food, but had no idea who's it was. - not us- Eventually someone came out asking what everyone had ordered. I asked for my money back, but an employee said he had it and it was right because he'd checked it himself, so we took it. Unfortunately, he didn't check it. We had to go back for our coleslaw and horribly extra salty fries. Also no apology.
