Absolutely terrible experience. Have me a cold burger. The. Wouldn’t refund it because it was a double cheese and cooked to order and I’d have to take it back. I have to go on about my day. Absolutely terrible. Will never go back and will be contacting the GM.

When traveling stopped for lunch. Not one employee ever acknowledged us standing at the counter, another customer ask us if anyone had acknowledged us, we said no. She told us that it had happened to her as well.They knew we were there because they looked right at us several times and never said a word like we'll be right with you or just a minute or even sorry.So we walked out and won't be back.

4 of us sat inside (with an app order mind you) for 38 mins for our food in which only consisted of 2 chicken nugget happy meals & 2 value meals, & of course we got our own drinks, & this is with only 2 other people in front of us in which 1 guy ordered coffee to go, how ridiculous, I think they must've ran out of fake beef (momentarily anyway) & their milkshake machine was down (to top it all off) I couldn't even get a strawberry milkshake, n this has been the case the whopping 2 other times over the past year that I've let someone talk me into going for yet another disappoint outing to McDonald's (Danville, KY. Off of Perryville Rd.) ?Wheelchair accessibility: This is the only thing going for them

I mean for a mcdonalds this one is one of my favorites atleast they get the order right and there usually polite here but at the end of the day it's mcdonalds food maybe it good when you only paid a dollar for it. But if im gonna pay this much for a burger I wanna enjoy it.

Never put enough chocolate in the frappes even when you add it in the app
