This place is a joke they have served me a raw hamburger on a bun with my meal the curly headed blonde gay guy that's a manager there didn't like me for some reason served it to me and not only that he was a fill in for a manager at springfield Kentucky McDonald's and he took my order there at one window and refused to give me my food at the pick up window with all of this happening I have reviewed many McDonald restaurants with some being good reviews which I got almost instant responses thanking me for the review then when I sent the reviews in on the restaurants that I have bad reviews on like a year ago and I'm yet to get the first email from them and I have contacted corporate with no response so don't go there to eat if someone working has an issue with you or you could get something in your food that will harm you like I did I physically got sick from eating raw hamburger mic drop

I frequent the Jane Trail location a lot when I run errands in Danville. Have never had a problem with any employee until the last couple weeks.Apparently this one particular employee in the drive thru gets very offended if you tell her your order is wrong. When I try to tell her what my order should be, I’m told to “wait a minute”, “hold on”, “one thing at a time”, “oh my lord”. When I let her know I think she is being rude, she continues to argue with me about that.I would be mortified if this were my business and my employee was treating customers like this.At this point, I’ve let 2 managers know each time this has happened. Sincerely hope this doesn’t continue because up to this point I have always liked going to this location.

The last time I ate here, my burgers were still raw in the middle. Even my child’s food was raw in the center. It was disgusting. And the person who waited on us was rather rude about it when we took the food back and asked them to remake it. Don’t think we will eat at this restaurant again. We will either pick a different restaurant altogether or go to a different McDonald’s location.Parking: They offer handicapped accessible parking, parking for doordash and online orders & parking for regular customers.Kid-friendliness: They do offer kids meals and kid sized drinks and snacks.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair and handicapped accessible parking and entrances at this location.

Gonna be nice and leave 3 stars because any time of the day they do great, unless you go after 9pm. Once 9pm hits, you're gonna be waiting FOREVER. I went at 11 and I sat in the drive through for 23 minutes, and 15 of those minutes were waiting at the speaker for them to take my order. Their night staff is absolutely ridiculous. They need to have more people working night shift

By far the BEST McDonald's in Danville. On top of Jane Trail, at the corner of Walmart and KY CBD FARMACY! You can check out the dispensary, grab some munchies, and go enjoy walking around doing the weekly shopping.
It was an absolutely terrible experience. I got food ordered from here and it looks like they picked up the entire box of buffalo sauce and dumped it in the bag, the salt was the same exact way. I got large fry’s and a medium fry. The larges looked like a medium and the medium looked like a small. They didn’t fill the boxes up like supposed to. Then when you try to call they don’t pick up the phone I’ve tried 7 times at different hours in the day. If I could put a negative score I would.

Probably one of the better McDonald's I've ate at. It was late (1am) I had 2 cheeseburgers and fries and my brother got Chicken nuggets and the food was actually nice and hot and not like warm/cold service was fast and friendly.

My daughter and I went here for a quick bite to eat, it was around 3;30, we had super fresh food, my daughter got fries and a milkshake, no complaints from her, I had a McChicken, it was good, I just don't understand how the meat is never fully on the bun, that goes for any sandwich you get, is it a machine that makes them or an actual person? The man that took our order didn't sound like he wanted to be there, very monotone. Other than that fast service.
