I thought Jersey Mike's was bomb but this place and what they offer is unbelievable!. Not a huge selection of sandwiches but the bread is fantastic, almost like a long warmed Baggett, piled with meat. Cheaper and IMHO better than Jersey Mike's... I thought I'd never say that but you have to sample Penn station!!.

This is my 4th time eating here the food was wonderful but the facility was dirty. I was the frist dine-in customer of the day. The tables, chairs, and floors in the dining area had not been clean from the day(s) before. The counter by the cashier and the soda fountain looked like it had not been cleaned or sanitized in weeks. I could see that the floor behind the counter was covered in food ( French fries) from the day(s) before. I have worked in food service for 40+ years and will not return due to the unsanitary conditions. If the customer area is not clean then most likely the rest of the kitchen is dirty as well. I know establishments are struggling with staffing, but there were 3 staff behind the counter, one working on orders, one on his cell phone, all 3 of them standing and talking during the time I was there. We always had a saying "if there's time to lean, there's time to clean". Clean up your act!

We stopped in for supper tonight and Colby was extremely polite and helpful. He went above to provide good service! We even witnessed Addy sprinting out the door to catch a door dash driver that forgot an item. They were both great! It is so refreshing to see young adults that are respectful with a strong work ethic!
