I have visited nearly every coffee shop in NKY, there are few that I literally think about weekly wishing I lived closer to visit more often. Unataza is top of that list. Their atmosphere is warm and inviting from the decor to the employees there was never a moment I didn't feel welcome. They serve Honduran coffee that is rich and blends beautifully with their homemade syrups and flavors. They rotate flavors with the season but majority are house made and festive. Their espresso drinks I could order by the dozen and I'd still want more, they're that good. They also serve authentic Honduran food from breakfast to lunch, they're a great compliment to a sweet drink. I adore this place and wish I lived closer to visit more but each visit here is such a treat.

Cute lil coffee shop that my partner and I habitually stop into when we're in the NKY/Cincy area. I recently tried their seasonal Poltergeist latte, described by the barista as "Pumpkin spice without the spice" lol. Very good!Seems like a great space for getting work done or meeting friends. And, the menu looks tasty (with plenty of vegetarian-friendly options). I'm excited to try it sometime. The crowning jewel, though, is their coffee beans. We LOVE their espresso roast and run through it quite quickly at home. I highly suggest stopping in.

My first time eating Honduran food did not disappoint. Flavors and proportions were perfectly balanced. Clean, crisp presentation and fast service. What's not to like?

I really, really liked this place. I was in town for work and happened to find Unataza on Yelp. A good friend of mine had left them a glowing review so I was sold rather quickly. I arrived around 9am and I was cheerfully greeted by the super friendly staff. I got settled in and when my coworker arrived, we went straight to the counter to grab some coffee and breakfast. They have a rather nice menu consisting of breakfast and lunch items like soup, salad, breakfast tacos, pastries, and more. After looking things over I settled on a lavender latte and their avocado toast, which was a recommendation from the barista. It didn't take long for my order to be up and they brought it straight to my table. I love that when I'm at a coffee shop. These days you wait for your name to be yelled out... not here. My latte was great but the avocado toast was the star of the show. Sourdough bread, avocado, cilantro, queso fresco, and a creamy jalapeno sauce. Not only was the portion huge, but it was down right delicious. I would order it over and over again. Great call by the staff. The space itself is vibrant with a ton of natural light and fun art. There is plenty of seating as well as outlets if you need to juice up a device. If you're looking to visit a new coffee shop in town, or you happen to be passing through like I was, Unataza will do you good.

The food was incredible, the cold brew was delicious. Also the cold brew was strong, woke me up quick. The atmosphere wasn't really relaxing or anything like that but, over all I'll be going back again and again. The food and drinks are just that good.

We love coming to this cozy coffee shop to enjoy their own creations as well as their take on seasonal coffee drinks that far exceed typical chain coffee stores. The food menu is fabulous, the food is delicious! The staff is so friendly and helpful when needing help picking what to decide on. They have games and toys for the littles and we LOVE that it's a small, local business

Condescend and rude lead barista.. knew it was my first time. Everyone else fine. Nice area.. Guests reasonablely fine.. artful ! Why use tapwater to add to the coffee's, It only takes away from them. Using purified water makes a tremendous difference. Tap water really destroys it. Lead Barista seemed to be training someone new again, obviously running off many other potential employees. Rude to me with my very first question while training. Awkward being new made worse.

This is a unique little shop with some yummy dishes! The service was fast and the people (staff and customers alike!) were friendly. We enjoyed watching the patrons engage with one another and the three pups we saw during our visit. The breakfast tacos were fantastic.Worth the stop!

What a gem! The lunch was fresh and well seasoned, the drinks delicious and the play area for kids a real find. Also ideal for remote work.
