Nice staff here! We were headed home on a road trip and there was a tornado warning. We were welcomed in no questions asked they were just concerned for our safety. I am so appreciative for letting us hang out during the storm.

I was a big Starbucks fan but over the years I have found Dunkin to better. Food is delicious and the coffee rocks. The employees are not always fast but if there is a delay they explain why. Also in this economy I find there prices are great by comparison to other coffee houses.Kid-friendliness: My 10 year old nephew loves coolata plus their donuts which are amazing.
Donuts are just not that good and they rarely have a good variety. They are always sold out of a lot of popular donuts.

Slow, Rude, and Delusional. Ordered on the mobile app in the parking lot because otherwise it never comes out right. Then had the audacity after we waited in the drive through to hand us a melted FROZEN Coffee, and when my wife wanted it remade. They accused her of ordering 20mins ago and saying it was her fault it was melted. Their almost right since we waited 15mins in the drive thru line. All they had to do was remake it, but instead tried to play the blame game not sure what the end goal was there but probably not worth the hassle ordering from here.

This is the worst service in have ever gotten at a Dunkin......, I've been her x4! and even with different shifts this place sucks. I never though I would skip a Dunkin if I passed one but I don't advise anyone to go here.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Not friendly in general

Busy location, many workers moving about. The one guy who had me in his vision at the end of the service line, never said anything to the staff that I'm waiting. As 5 minutes went by, I left. Someone chased me out the entrance because the door hit the wall harder than I intended. Not to apologize but to schold me for the harshness of the door opening. This manager and location does not deserve 1 star. Not a location worthy of my time, as I am handicapped with a lot of pain and my vehicle is too tall to go thru the drive up. Who wants to wait to be scolded? I won't ever visit this location again. Thanks for letting me vent.
The store is super busy. You can tell because there are so many workers trying to keep up and they do a great job of staying organized. I have a very specific drink that I get with a dumb amount of caramel sauce and even as it's hectic they still put the amount that I asked for instead of rushing themselves. They've always had warm positive attitudes. I don't think I've seen one piece of trash on the floor or in the parking lot immaculate. I just want to give them props cuz I know they really are trying. I would like a little bit lighter ice in my drink I don't know if you want to add the extra milk instead because I know there's quite a bit of room at the top of my cup that's empty, I wouldn't even mind if cold water was added I just hate the fact that the empty space is there. It's kind of the same deal--the ice that's supposed to be there is now air. Kind of defeats the purpose of not getting a whole cup full of ice for $6.

Got a blueberry muffin from the dry ridge location today(Nov 11th 2023) at 10:50am. When I grabbed it felt hard but I thought maybe that was just the paper. Tried to take a bite and damn near crack a tooth. Smacked it a few times with a fork and it sounded like I was hitting metal against metal. Walked back over to try to exchange it for a fresh one and no one would even look at me. I attempted to speak up and was simply ignored. So I just chalked it up as a loss and left the muffin on the counter in case they needed a weapon to stop a robbery or a tool to break a window in an emergency.
