Small, cramped, poor service, poor food. The best thing I can say about this place is the parking lot is well paved. Wow!

Went in for the first time and had a great time with our waitress Marie! She was nice and helpful with all of our questions. Food was excellent too. Will be back and hope we have Marie again!

The beginning of our dining experience was great, but went downhill very quickly. After ordering, 2 out of the 5 members of our dining party received different food than we ordered and one received no food. The waitress apologized and said she would correct it. The 2 members that did get their food said it wasn't very good. After about 10-15 minutes, the waitress came back to confirm what we ordered again. At that point, I canceled the rest of our order, paid for what we had received and left. As I was paying, the mananger(??) asked what was going on and the waitress told her that we had changed our order and that we were unhappy that the kitchen was taking too long. That wasn't the case at all, but I wasn't given the chance to explain what had really happened, before the manager(??) turned and headed into the kitchen.Do yourself a favor, skip this place and drive 5 miles down the road to El Jalisco, in Williamstown! You won't be disappointed.

Came from out of town and wanted to try a Big Boy, since we'd never seen one in person. Nearly the entire staff was outside smoking, chatting, and staring at us while we walked in and then waited to be seated. We didn't realize it was staff until they came inside and walked by one-by-one without saying anything to us. We waited a bit longer and then decided to leave, which is when they finally tried to ask if we'd like to be seated. There was maybe one other person in there, so it's not like they were busy. If that's the service we get before we've even sat down, I can't imagine what the rest of it would have been like.

First time EVER going to to a Frisch’s restaurant.We went there to order food Togo. We ordered 2 cod fish dinners with fries and a burger with fries. Simple enough…..apparently not. The brought the food out and we went to our car ( these days you always have to check your order anywhere you go) so we checked the bags and somehow we had 2 cod fish sandwich’s instead of the dinners we ordered. So we brought the food back in and told them we ordered 2 cod fish dinners and we ended up with 2 cod fish sandwich’s. One of the waitresses said you can only order that dinner on Fridays. The manager was sitting at the counter and told her it can be ordered anytime and asked the cook to make 2 cod fish dinners. A little while later they came out with 2 dinner boxes and told us we were all set. Thinking since it was already messed up once, we didn’t check the boxes. We get back home and unpack our food (most of which is cold now) when we opened the dinner boxes there were 2 pieces of cod in each box….nothing else! The meal comes with 2 pieces of fish, 1 piece of Texas toast, a side of tartar sauce and 1 side of your choice…..there was 2 pieces of fish in each box. The fries were all in one bag so we had the 1 side for the fish dinners but no tarter sauce and no Texas toast! The burger and fries were all cold cause we had to wait for 4 pieces of fish to be cooked and put in a box. Had the burger been hot or even warm, it would have been good. It was made well but cold burgers are never that great. I’m sure we will try it again but we will make sure we check EVERYTHING before we leave.

The Friday fish buffet food was absolutely terrible. I have never tasted such bad food. Even the coconut pie and fudge cake were terrible. I was very disappointed.
We ate there Sunday the 18th at about 1pm. The only saving grace about this location was the friendliness of the waitstaff. They were short on the floor and seemingly so in the back too. Lots of waiting for our drinks. We had to wait several minutes for utensils and napkins once our meals came out. 3 of our meals did not contain the advertised items. It seemed as though the kitchen cared little about following list of foods that go with each meal. The food was just okay. We had to practice lots of patience, which the very apologetic and friendly waitstaff deserved. I would recommend eating somewhere else if visiting the area.**the Alaskan Cod was good

Been in that frischs hand full of times and it's terrible, the waitress sat our menus down on table, said let me wipe it off. The table mind you sat at a 45 degree angle been like that for months! Why try to seat people at a table that slants??? The food always mediocre and service always sucks!

Food was repulsive. We couldn't even eat it and the taste and smell stuck with us the rest of the night. The eggs, French toast and bacon tasted like some old nasty grease was left on the grill. Took a bite out of everything and couldn't stomach it. My son got vegetable soup, my daughter chicken sandwich - both were left behind with one bite taken out of them. My youngest son got the spaghetti and cake from the buffet. He took one bite of the spaghetti and kept asking why the cake was hard... Cake isn't supposed to be hard. It literally is the worst food I've ever had anywhere. The service was ok but we were never asked if the food was ok or why it was all being left at the table mostly untouched.
