When I got there I was studying the menu. The BMT was $10.39. On the way home I realized that I had given them a $20 and got just a bit over $7 back. When I got home I checked my receipt. So I looked and I paid $11.49 for just the sandwich that is all I asked for. Then I realized the bread was stale by the end of the sandwich I was not happy I paid a $1.10 more for it then stated on the menu all the reviews they are given is true I hope more people read this

I would give a zero but you have give one star to leave a review.Almost no meat on the BMT sandwich, was supposed have double cheese it didn't.Asked the one girl there who could speak English about this was very rude and said she could put more but will charge for it. This place is a joke, will never go here again, and you should not either. Way over priced. 1 6 inch,1 footlong over $21

Workers were lazy and showed a lack of care for their establishment or customers. Waited for a worker to come from the back room, who then proceeded to put on gloves only to then touch his ringing phone to decline it. He was then going to proceed to make my sandwich before I asked him to change his gloves and got met with an attitude the rest of my order. They stood around playing on their phones while the garbage overflowed, and the dirty trays/baskets were stacked high.

Food is fine. I am a type1 diabetic vegetarian. It is difficult to find options here. But what I get is good.Vegetarian options: Wish there were a few more options. Also, wish extra cheese didn’t cost so much since that’s the only protein on the sandwichParking: It’s fine. If you have a handicap parking decal, you can park right by the front door. You have to park a tad further away during the busy times. Not really a big deal.Kid-friendliness: YepWheelchair accessibility: It’s available

This used to be the best subway that I’d ever eaten at. The service was fantastic—polite, fast, and reasonable. Unfortunately, that all changed a couple months ago when the new owner came in, completely fired the entire crew, and apparently he and a couple family members now run it. They are stingy and will nickel and dime you. I have so many examples from asking for an Italian sub (and not asking for extra cheese) and being charged for one of their “hero” subs with extra cheese, double charged for a sub but told that’s how it’s charged. Bought six cookies and charged individually vs a pack of 6. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the nickel and diming has only gotten worst. I recently bought a 6” veggie patty which rings up for $6.99. They then added a 6” veggie delight as a $5.49 upcharge. So now this 6” sandwich is more expensive than most of their 12” sandwiches with double cheese. Explain the logic to that. The guy is ridiculous when trying to explain the charges. The way he charges his customers is criminal. I will never go back, and I would highly encourage others to not go as well. I rarely give bad reviews, but this is awful. I give them a max of 5 years before they go out of business because they run off all of their regulars (and 5 years is being generous). I’m feeling petty enough to set a reminder on my calendar for 5 years from today, and when I confirm that either there’s no longer a subway or it’s changed owners again, I will laugh and laugh. Maybe I’ll even update my review.

After this evening I will never give this place my money again and thankfully I didn’t tonight. This location is always out of most of the food. I tried to order a couple of subs and all I got it sorry we are out and that was before 6:00 pm honestly I don’t know how they stay in business because of it.

We usually love Subway, but this location just lacks. We went to the restaurant around 8:10 pm, they close at 10 pm. My husband asked for a meatball marina, which they ran out of… two hours before close? we asked if we could eat in the lobby, the teenage worker said “the lobby is closed” then proceeded to tell his Coworker he needs to put a chair on the booth so THIS (looks at me) doesn’t keep happening…. Extremely rude to act this way in front of a customer, even if they meant no harm by it. Why does the lobby close that early??? I will tell you that my food was good though! Just not impressed by the service.

The first problem came when I had put an online/app order.....I get there actually a little later than I anticipated.....no order up. I had a confirmation email on my order.....so I put it through again......I was there ...... literally heard it ding......they slowly was pushing through like 6 people before me. Then they went to cleaning after my new order dinged. One female said I am making your order (have been in the dining room for 30 minutes).......they get it done and I said "there aren't any napkins in here"........she said we are out...... that's friggin irresponsible and not acceptable. Go buy some napkins.....rude as you can get. There is a reason they are closing more Subways as we go

I am a weekly visitor to the Dry Ridge shop. Over the last month their quality has greatly decreased. Their menu selection is greatly reduced because they run out of items. This part visit I wanted a foot long groomed chicken. They didn't even have enough chicken for a 6". I told them you use the other chicken they had to complete my order. At check out I was charged for two 6" sandwiches. I was told because they had to use two meats, it did not qualify for the foot long price. As you can tell, I was totally disappointed. They wouldn't budge. I will probably not visit this store again.
