Tried to tell that my order was incorrect and cashier made a loud scene calling me a liar. Food was cold, order took forever and customer service was terrible.

Christmas eve closing and we were last in line as employees stood behind us to not let other cars enter. As the staff laughed and carried in wasted our time and decided to close as we got to the speaker. Unprofessional and could of easier saved our 15 mins of waiting with our kids. Do better instead of laughing and enjoying cigarettes near customers!

I now understand why they implemented a no refund policy because they would go out of business. My wife ordered the door dash and the order was wrong so I stopped by on my way home to get it corrected which they kindly did but then proceeded to mess up the new food. It was just a simple soft taco and chicken quesadilla. This is the 3rd time I've had to get an order corrected.

They skimmed me on two party packs at different times. I called the complaint line and all I got back was two free items tickets. When we placed an order and used the two free item tickets, we got attitude from the manager. I heard new management took over. You can tell. Now they're skimping on ingredients even more.

Just tried to get food at Taco Bell. Sign on the door says the lobby closes at 9pm. The doors were locked with people inside at 830pm. The drive through takes about 5 to 6 minutes per car, it had about 8 people in it, so I left.

We came for burritos. It's a dirty restaurant. Dirty floor, a.c.vents, windows, bathrooms . They were out of refried beans. What a poorly run restaurant!

Went in and got some food with some friends around 6pm Monday July 3rd 2023. Went in and I personally ordered a volcano taco with no lettuce or tomato and a few other things. Had to wipe off our own table because after walking around there wasn't one clean and the floor was just as dirty. Then we proceed to wait over 20 minutes for our food with nothing to do but stare at the garbage that was all over the floor in this restaurant just to get my food and it have lettuce and tomato on it. Took it back to the girl working behind the counter and she proceeded to dump the cheese and most of the lettuce and tomato off my taco and then handed me back a cold ruined taco. Whoever that was doesn't deserve to keep their job

It was taco bell, food is same as all others but their Cinnabon coffee was amazing. Better than the others I've had.
Worst Taco Bell in a long time. Almost nothing in the tacos. Ordered three tacos; all three shells were broken. Very, very little lettuce… almost no cheese and a sliver of meat. Sorry won’t be back.

I'm not eat there anymore. Got #3, burrito Supreme and drink. She ask me crunchy or soft. I said crunchy. I got soft! She put soft on receipt. Dakota. Burrito was all beans, a T of meat, a pinch of cheese and no sour cream. The last time I ate there, hardly anything on my burrito. Two times? That's it. 1315. New people? I won't spend my money like that. 7.62. People can tell. I won't be back.
