I ordered through the drive-through a couple weeks ago and had to listen to the drive-thru attendant yell and cuss at a delivery man. She dropped F bombs in front of my child and towards the delivery person. Her name tag said Katrina. She was very rude to me as well. Most unpleasant experience at a Wendy’s I’ve ever had disciplinary action should be administered.

Food was terrible, chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting there for hours also the frys, store looks new inside and out but it had lots of napkins laying around in the floor, atmosphere threw me off, for a minute had me thinking is this a rest or a shelter??♂️ overall would not come back at all not even for a quick bite, BTW party of 5 and they all agree with me.

What can I say? Fast food is fast food, but this location has the nicest, friedlyist, happiest workers I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant, always smiling, ready to give every customer the best service imaginable. Whatever their business model is, all other restaurants should take notes from them. Great job!

Stopped and went through the drive thru because my son kept asking to try the baconnator on a pretzel bun. We got home and had two double cheeseburgers instead. To say my son was upset would be an understatement. But Kelly, the GM the next morning was SO kind, helpful. So we will definitely try the restaurant again.

Prices seem to be high for the quality of food. It was $40 for 3 meals. My burger wasn't topped correctly and my husband's chicken sandwich was missing more than half of the toppings. We waited so long and didn't check before we drove off, which was our fault, but still shouldn't have happened for the prices we paid.

Dry Ridge Wendy's is absolutely terrible... We went through to get our order. Waited 7 minutes, I was counting minutes because I had a crying 9 month old baby in the back seat and a hungry 5 year old... We get up to the window, and get the bag of food - it was some other persons food. Not a single thing in the bag, was remotely close to what we had ordered... The manager that I had spoken to told me turn around - but I couldn't as I already had hit the interstate trying to get my kids home. As I told her I couldn't, she then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do anything for me if I couldn't turn around, and then hung up on me.There is a Wendy's up in Crittenden, that had fixed my order, and they were so sweet. Said they get calls ALL THE TIME about Dry Ridge Wendy's messing orders up... I will be avoiding this Wendy's location at every cost I can and go to Crittenden. Not worth wasting my time, their time (not that they care) or my money.
