Worst service. Made us wait for our order for 20min to tell us they don't have the chicken and then proceeds to offer us substitution and adding more time to our wait.. Ended up returning our order. And they refunded the wrong amount. This is the service we get at 16 dollars an hour nowadays.

The app order was almost ready when we arrived (5 extra minutes). But this time around KFC the service in the store, the food (OLD SCHOOL HOT WINGS FOR $4.99) unbeatable. Hands down the BEST Hot Wings they have ever offered, and they rival ALL other wings out there!! Try them before they make the ignorant decision to take them off the menu again, like they do all really good things!! Thanks for letting us have the Hot Wings of the old days back! And leave them on the menu!!!!

On 8/13/23 I placed an online order for 9pmpickup. Got there and was told their fryers aren't up to temp so they don't have my order... I had to ask what the next step was. Was told go to the window and will be told where to park to wait 10-12 minutes (I had to ask for these details). Stated I would go across street to get gas and come back. Came back in 15 minutes and then was told still not up to temp (after again asking for substitutes, refund, estimated time, etc...) 10-12 minutes we'll bring it out. Both times asked me what my order was after the fact... Waited until 9:40 got my food brought out, missing all sauces and wrong chicken was given. went back to the window this time it was a manger who after rolling her eyes when i told her the sauce wasn't in the bag and its the wrong chicken "we're out of extra crispy what sauce do you want". I legitimately got 1 bbq and 1 ranch. WOW never an I'm sorry about this or any kind of empathy or attempt to just give me what I ordered. I called customer service and ended up getting a 50% refund for the chicken that was wrong, but after this awful ordeal had they gave me the right chicken I wouldn't have gotten any kind of redemption for this terrible experience. We won't be coming to KFC anymore.

Went thru the drive thru at 6pm, ordered a "20 dollar FILL UP " box.....chicken oozed dark brown grease in the bottom of box, no sauces, half full french fry section and missing 3 nuggets! I reported our findings after sitting in a line of traffic and our food getting cold...the lady wanted to argue with me and only give me the sauces owed to me! Heck no! We spent $25 bucks!
