4/11/24 2:15pm Ordered a number 3 supreme with no lettuce, after I parked I looked, and they were not supreme just regular soft tacos. I went inside, and said said that they were supposed to be supreme. Immediately the woman making the food started asking a bunch of questions, and was very loud, and rudely letting everyone in the kitchen, and customers in the lobby know why I was wrong, and that she didn't mess up the order even though it said supreme with no lettuce on the screen before i pulled around to the window. Very unprofessional! Management should probably have a talk with this woman child as I doubt this is the first times she has acted in this manner twards customers. I will not be returning to this location.

1120pm or so on a Sunday, 1 other car in drive thru, so it's not busy. My order wasn't large and wasn't complicated.3 crunchy tacos supreme no sourcream.3 soft tacos no lettuce ex cheese,ex beef1 chicken quesadilla5 layer beefy burrito no sourcream, add red sauce1 sweet tea.1 fiesta potatoes1 pintos n cheeseWhat I got was6 soft tacos (3 were right) (3 were wrong)1 5 layer no red sauce and it had sourcream1 Un sweet tea...Pretty sad on a dead night and easy orderWife hadn't eaten all day being on flights since 5pmAnd I couldn't even finish my meal cause your staff put sourcream on my food.Just do better .

The food was magical. Like sex it turned me on. The cheese was warm and nice. The meat was cooked to perfection. The service was so nice and heartwarming. The cinnamon twists were so good. Unlike many other locations, the cinnamon twists didn’t taste like lawn chemicals. They were warm and coated with love. The five layer burrito and chalupa were so Devine and good that I almost creamed everywhere. CLEAN UP IN AISLE MY PANTS!!! This Taco Bell feels like home and never take away the 5 dollar chalupa box.

Always issue’s at this one nothing ever right, I should know to check my food cause these employee’s cannot readSunday for example got the nacho cheese fries with beef, tiny portion’s for over $4. Well they got confused Iguess and put steak on it, my son don’t like it so it got thrown outWhile back I stopped in almost 30 minutes before close to run in grab my online order lady locked the door on me couldn’t just hand me my order said I had to go trough drive thru?Other day was about a 14 minute wait time they had 6 employees at least place had 1 car in drive thru, I’m waiting on my order was 12 minutes in the one lady yells are you getting his order he’s been waiting at least 20 minute’s. Thanks about time someone says somethingThey always focus on drive thru. The day manager looks pissy at all times not polite at all but I guess Taco Bell don’t care I know she was at the other location forever. Wish she’d learn those employees how to not make a new store trash like the old location wasCan go on all day but the high prices, sh!t quality food and baby portions like chipotle for the price I’m over these place’s

Love this new location. It's the only one we visit anymore, even when it's out of our way. It's very clean, especially for a fast food place. The employees are friendly, they work quickly and accurately.Kid-friendliness: They have 2 highchairs available for use but they do not line up with the tables very well.

Myself and a couple of co- works went through the drive through for lunch on Friday. The young lady at the window was rude at best! Then insisted she needed to handle my phone for Apple Pay and dropped it. No sorry only and oops! Called the store manager who let me know I needed to speak to the the regional who won’t call me back! If this is the way they do business I’m concerned!
