Great food great service def going back love the dinner rolls they serve wen u sit down.
My little brother ordered the Herb Roasted Chicken and got some super dry, non seasoned, overcooked chicken. He couldn’t even eat it. We tore apart the other pieces trying to find a decent bite before I thought to take a picture of his chicken. My brother said something to the waiter but he thought my brother was joking and just brought him a Togo container.

The waitress we had tonight, I think her name was Meka or something like that, did not want to be at work. Right from the beginning she had the attitude that made us feel like an inconvenience. Never asked for refills, if everything was okay with our food, and took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. Once the food came, my husband and I were missing the garlic bread that came with our pasta. When we asked her about it, she looked at us and said “so you want it?” Which we then said yes please. The garlic bread then took another 20 minutes to come which we were done eating by then. When we asked if they had been out of bread or if was simply forgotten and why it took so long she proceeded to tell us it was an option that we had to request during ordering and that’s why it didn’t come. She then said we could’ve chosen between 3 different bread options.Yet she never mentioned anything about side options when we ordered.. I grabbed a menu and looked at the ticket, it had already been put in from the beginning AND the menu says “comes with garlic bread” along with a picture for reference. She could have apologized for forgetting the bread and been prompt instead of coming up with a lie on the spot and being rude the entire time. She is not the server to have.

This Cheddars is consistently bad for service. Nearly 10 minutes seated and a nearly empty restaurant and still waiting for someone just to get my drink order. It’s better I leave because undoubtedly I’d be the bad guy for staying and leaving a bad tip. The last time I visited it was the same. Cheddars has always been my favorite place to eat. I’ve never seen a Cheddars with a 4.1 rating. That shows a systematic problem in management and supervision. Do better, in the middle of the day in a work week people can’t be kept waiting. Within 3-5 minutes someone should be at the table for my drink order. But at 10 minutes without a server I’d never be able to eat and get back to work on time. Now I have to eat fast food just to get lunch. Thanks!

Always a good experience at Cheddar's. Tried something new this time, the Caesar pasta salad with chicken and it was delicious! Definitely will have it again. Waitress was great even though they were obviously understaffed.
Ordered steak and it was not right sent it back with a waitress that developed an attitude because when I sent it back the second time because it tasted bad. Makes me wonder what happened to the steak.
A stop for lunch led us to being told it was a 30-minute wait. There were so many tables and booths empty. Asked to sit at the bar,and that was going to be good with me.We had 1 hour before needing to go pick up the kids from school.Sat down, and another customer said good luck because the bartender must hate his job. Well, he was right!He never acknowledged us. Wasn't taking orders or fixing drinks. He did not speak or even nod. He took a drink order from a lady who sat down after us and then walked away. He came back and then simply asked, "Did you want a drink?" I ordered a beer on tap, and my wife ordered a bottled beer. The bartender again walked past the tap and coolers and went out of sight. Sat there and waited, and the other customer just laughed!After 15 minutes (yes, I had a watch on), he still hadn't come back. Soooo, we left! It was just a completely horrible experience, and we agreed to never go back.

Food tasted ok. The rolls was a little overcooked but still edible . Service could use some more work on it . Waitress was very polite and friendly . Messed up a drank no biggie she fixed it . Forgot half the food we ordered got it a piece at a time after having to ask for it . Had to flag down a different server because ours disappeared waited for 10 minutes for her to show up and nobody else but 1 other couple was in there and they was with a different server. Our server forgotten some food after being told earlier about it so ask the other server for it and it came out from someone totally different and wasn't even right . Not sure if I will go back to be honest . Recommended below only what I could recommend as some the items on that list was not cooked right or served right .
