“I had been traveling for some hours and stopped in for a bite in the early morning and the gentleman who greeted me informed me he was cooking and serving, and to bear with him. There was a couple he was already waiting on so he had his hands full. After he took their order he got mine and then went to cook it all, he come out with everyone's food at once and what seemed like only moments l8r, I was surprised when he had the order correct and had them all done so quickly.
