DoorDash and the website claims that the Cajun chicken is not available at the store so I had to call and pick up order. Same with mac and cheese. I went and picked up my order. The bread and the sandwich itself is not toasted/ heated thoroughly and there's barely any sauce and I've asked for extra. Whoever was making the sandwiches tonight didn't do so great unfortunately.

Good food, though they were put of quite a bit; turkey, roast beef, and ice. Sandwich came out a little colder than expected.

Service was good, food was great, a little on the pricey side but a good amount of food for the money, I say give it a try!

I go to Firehouse everytime I come through Elizabethtown. I have talked with and met both the Manager and Owner. I can not say enough nice things about both women. I have watched the manager bend over backwards to help customers out and to fix anything that is not what the customer ordered. The staff is professional and always says Hello when I walk in. That in itself says a lot about how the store is run. I travel for work but I make it a point to stop by here every time I am close.

Just learned tonight that the GM Debrah locked two kids out the back of the building and they had to walk around the building and they were minors…… firehouse you need to do better….. who would let two minors walk around a building in this world…. They could have been kidnapped….. same on y’all for letting someone like that work there and not care for her employees….. but I will praise the two young kids working there with her and doing the best that they did!!! I won’t be back tho and I will be letting more people know about this

I go to this place daily and the GM and Staff are the Best. I haven't went to any other restaurant in Elizabethtown that offers such good service and good food at the same time. Great Job Firehouse.

Cashier was very nice, some of the others seemed like they were working for a very strict boss lady and just blankly stared forward. Not much reaction or interaction. My son leaned on the very long counter at the far end where the take out orders are placed and was quickly scolded about leaning on boss lady’s counter. She proceeded to spray it off passive aggressively. When a worker asked her what she was doing she said it needed to be disinfected. She proceeded to go to the back to create and print “do not lean on counter” signs and taped them up. Not a very welcoming place.
