Waited in a extremely long line for 2 slices of pizza. Was there for birthday party and childern games were mostly broken. I will not pay for a room there again. Paying money to reserve a room on top of the price to enter for no pizza and broken games.

We got our "clean" plates back and there was food residue on them. It was disgusting and is a MAJOR issue. The atmosphere was also very dull.

PPTA took our children here for games and pizza ? The staff was great at assisting us with our children. Thank you for giving our children a great experience!
The pizza has potential!!! With some small attention to ingredients the pizza could be really good!I go because it's filling, doesn't taste bad, and I can get a decent salad!
There was almost no pizzas ready on the buffet. We waited 30 min and couldn't get anything fresh. The line was so long so by time we got back in line the new stuff was gone again. The employee said they would bring out cheesy bread when it was done because they saw us waiting for so long. They never did. The games need to be cycled out and the room is way too small. We've been going a few times over the years but I think we are finally done. It's sad but the line needs to change and stuff needs to be available

The cashier was quick to take everyone’s money. There was not enough space for everybody to eat. The salad bar kept running out of lettuce. We couldn’t find plates or cups anywhere. The gentleman walking around with the cart told us to hold onto our forks because the kitchen doesn’t put them out frequently. He also told us to wipe our plates and reuse them. Guest from the party room were coming out with plates and skipping line. This place seriously needs a full time manager to control the flow of traffic.
