We stopped on 3/7/24 @ 9:15pm and Kristin and Richard were working and went above and beyond to make sure our food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. Always loved Hardee’s but I haven’t had as great of an experience as I have until I came in to eat dinner and Derrick showed me excellent customer service and made sure my food was hot and fresh and even brought it to my table. Then before I left asked if I needed anything else and made sure to tell me to have a good rest of the night. Not only to bc me but too r E very other customer as well. I’ll be coming back and recommending to everyoneKid-friendliness: Made sure to be extra polite to the kids
