Apon entering, you smell the most amazing aroma of fried chicken. Then you see the restaurant is clean and the staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. Makes for a pleasant dinning experience.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered chicken nuggets with ranch sauce. Got one packet of ranch. Wanted 2 packets. Parked and went in to ask for another on. Was told they already gave me two. I said no, not two ranch. Two of the sauce granddaughter got for mac-n-cheese, only one ranch. The man on drive thru argued with me in the restaurant/store, loudly, Did not offer me a second ranch cup. Cashier (female) brought me one and apologized. Certainly wasn't the service I expected and certainly doesn't make it likely I'll return anytime soon. If I were rating service solely on man in drive thru, it would be less than zero. If solely on the woman at the front register, it would have been 5. I felt badly for her since she was trying to make up for the horrid attitude/service from the man.

The day we ordered from here we were unable to order from the app or online. I completely understand being overwhelmed with orders or a system malfunction. What upsets me about the situation is that there was an online only special that we tried to order, had everything picked out and clicked, but the system went down or was turned off before our order processed. Once again I can understand an issue coming up with the point of sale system. But we were not offered anything comparable to this offer. If the system malfunctions, for whatever reason, and an offer is still valid then some effort to offer a similar deal should be made, I think any way.Plus side, the food was good although we were missing some sauces.
