Its April 13th, 2024 at 8:36pm. After respectfully agreeing to and understanding a 17 minute wait for my order, I waited 30 minutes. After angerly entering the store due to an extended wait, quickly management recuperated what her employees failed to due.

Super slow. It took 31 mins to get my food after i ordered it. The girl running the drive thru seemed like she hated her job. I watched / heard the interaction with the two customers ahead of me in the line. They seemed to be frustrated as well. The lady behind me in line just slammed her car door and walked in lol. Overall not a very good experience. Glad i wasn’t in a hurry. Can’t make this up. Dude just got walked outside with my food and dropped it on the ground. Had to send a different guy out to clean it up. He was very pleasant when he came back out with my food

My recent visit to KFC left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, beginning with the excruciatingly long wait times that seemed to stretch into eternity. Upon finally receiving our orders, my anticipation quickly turned to dismay as I discovered the sorry state of the food.The chicken, supposedly the star of the show, was a far cry from the succulent, crispy delight I had envisioned. Instead, it was overcooked to the point of being dry and rubbery, resembling something more akin to a kitchen sponge than a culinary delight. The breading, purportedly KFC’s secret recipe, lacked any semblance of flavor and clung to the chicken in unappetizing clumps. It was evident that the oil used for frying was not fresh, as the chicken carried a stale, greasy aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly.But the disappointment didn’t end with the chicken. The sides, which should have complemented the main course, were equally lackluster. The coleslaw was limp and tasteless, as if it had been sitting out for hours, while the mashed potatoes were watery and devoid of any real potato flavor. Even the biscuits, a staple of the KFC experience, were dry and crumbly, lacking the buttery richness that should have accompanied each bite.To add insult to injury, the service was abysmal. Despite the agonizing wait, the staff showed little regard for our dissatisfaction, displaying an attitude of indifference that only served to exacerbate our frustration. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment, as evidenced by the lack of apology or attempt to remedy the situation.In conclusion, my experience at KFC was a regrettable one that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. From the interminable wait times to the subpar quality of the food and indifferent service, every aspect of the visit left much to be desired. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this establishment. Food was hot and place was very clean but services needs improvement not a smile or hello just what ya need from the lady that was order taker and another worker that was a guy getting orders together and yelling out your number shoving food to you and saying is you order ??? Yes it is .... Here you go turns away and goes on about to next order .

If I could go lower I would. Got the taco bell from it, everything was wrong, they forgot the meat on most stuff, literally they tried to fix it three times and it was wrong every time. Worst experience I've ever had.

The food and service was great. The restaurant had no heat inside except for 3 or 4 space heaters. They didn't do a very good job especially with it being 39 degrees out side. I felt most sorry for the employees. They had to be cold but was so apologetic to us.

My food was cold and dry, and the tables were dirty. They had rap music playing the whole time, and it was not the clean type of rap music. The restroom was discussing with poop on the wall and pee all over the floor and a urinal was ripped off the wallKid-friendliness: They played rap music with cuss words and sexual themes
