The pizza is average but my biggest complaint is with the speed. Their slogan is hot and ready but the pizzas are never ready. I regularly have pick up orders for a place and it regularly takes 15 minutes or longer after the pickup time.

Every single time I come here as a customer or a dasher it’s always so slow. Even when it is not busy. I should not have to wait 30 mins when my order is saying it’s ready. I ordered online and after an hour and a half of waiting I was still told it wouldn’t be done for another 30 minutes. They were closing in 30… I went ahead and got a refund. This was a joke, needs more mature employees who understand the concept of what a job is.

Order took about 30 minutes longer than was estimated online. The female cashier was friendly but the guys in the back were very loud and rude and you could tell they were purposely moving slow because they were upset so many people were waiting. They were talking about how ridiculous it was that that many people ordered pizza! It took them about 10 minutes to do one pizza! Never again!

There is NEVER ANY "Hot&Reday" anything! E V E R ! ! !If you order online or in person or even over the phone, it will take far longer than necessary. All employees are by far tooIncompetent to provide appropriate help or service. The name is beginning to become gross to us. I'd rather drive 20 miles to Radcliff if I need a pizza.Very disgruntled and disgusted by this location.
