I needed to chill in the early morning after work and before a doctors appointment. They let me. How do you judge service when you create your own order on a self-service kiosk? It was clean. A team member was on break and her phone was very loud. That was a little annoying.
I'd b happy to wait for fresh, hot food. It's cold, wrong order, missing items 99% of the time. It's like they've given up or just simply don't care. Or both.
