We waited 20 minutes for them to bring our food to us. When I went up to ask, it had been sitting by the heat rack (not on it), and of course the food had to be replaced. The young man working told the cooks to remake because it was cold before it even left the place it had been sitting. Service is HORRIBLE at this

What can I say! Needed a cup of coffee at 3pm, and had to wait 5 minutes for them to brew it! Then it didn't have the creams ordered and was too strong for Micky-D coffee! They seemed to be trying!
you ask for extra mustard. they give you none. pretty basic run of the mill disappointing fast food operation (evening staff).

My son and I were between appointments so we decided to stop in and have lunch. Everyone was super nice. They were pretty busy since this location is right off of I65 so there was a little bit of a wait but not long at all. The food wasn’t exactly what I would call fresh since it was only warm and not hot when we got it and my filet had a grill slip which meant they had to do something special to it in my case no tarter sauce ??. So it definitely should have been hot. The fry boxes were barely filled and I commented on it and she gladly filled them full and said they had been told not to stuff them. I said hun they were barely full let along stuffed ?♀️?. We chuckled and she apologized. Even still they were only warm when we got to the table to eat. But it didn’t affect the taste much but that could have been from our being so hungry too?. Even still the staff we encountered were all very friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant!

A great staff here, this is a poplar location, being right off of I-65, and the staff is always working hard to get everything done quickly and accurately. No matter how long the lines are, I never wait more than a few minutes to get my order in, never had to wait in the vehicle for anything. Great staff and management here.
