Our waitress was amazing and we had great service however the food I spent $40 on was some of the worst food I’ve had at a restaurant establishment. It was giving nursing home/hospital food vibes. The meatloaf reminded me of the dog food you get out of a package with a glorified ketchup up on top. The potato soup was giving nursing home pudding vibes and tasted and looked similar to the chips and queso which doesn’t even make sense. I’ll give credit where credit is due, the smashed potatoes were really good but that’s the only thing out of everything my sister and I had ordered that was ate entirely. The rolls were also pretty good.I post this in hopes that the owner will see this and seriously reevaluate the food. This O’Charley’s location has completely gone downhill in the food department.

Stopped in around 4:30 on Thursday. No one to greet us at door. So went in and sat at bar. No one there either. Someone came out from the kitchen, saw us and went back to the kitchen. Waited for 10 minutes and gave up. Won't give them another chance. Should have looked at reviews before going

The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived, but we still had to stand at the hostess station (along with a few others) for a bit waiting for someone to show up and seat us. I ordered their rib dinner and was highly disappointed, they were very dry and chewy, way overcooked, too long maybe? There was also way less meat on them than I would have expected. The rolls were FLAT like a pancake and chewy instead of soft and fluffy, the waitress said that they did not proof them correctly. Why bring them out then? They were terrible.
This is my new favorite.The steak was cooked perfectly. I always use A1 on my steak, and I didn't here. The chicken tender nachos were amazing, and the $5 margs were dangerous, could even taste the alcohol! We will definitely be back.
