I much prefer this restaurant to KFC, far better chicken and the biscuits were great! Everything was hot and fresh. On top of it all, my family and I were being harassed by a woman in line that led us to leave the restaurant before we could order. I believe the manager on duty, Ashley Cox, came and took care of the situation. She encouraged us to return from the parking lot and did a marvelous job making us feel safe. We're so glad we came back as the food was tasty, the environment was clean and we were able to relax after such a bizarre incident. We will certainly be back!
4/4/2024 - 8pm.The manager/supervisor was incredible. It was clearly a very busy time for them, and she handled it, and her staff, extremely well. She was kind and so was the staff she was working with. My order came out with no issues at all, and the food was wonderful. I haven't had that kind of great experience at a fast food restaurant in quite some time.

The ride blond ole lady in the drive threw yelled at me when I was picking up order. Saying it was a 20 min wait. She needs to be fired for yelling at customers for no reason being awful and rude! ?

Incredibly rude. Rushed us through the drive thru when we were the only car there. Then proceeded to not add the military discount after agreeing to do so. The laziness and attitudes of the staff were absurd. Treating my father with such disrespect and rudeness on a blessed Sunday.

Good food. I had a problem with the cashier, first I had to repeat my order several times because she didn't understand me and then the lady made a mistake in my order, when I wanted to show her the error on the purchase receipt she couldn't see what the receipt said, I guess He had visual problems, but after explaining the error several times he was able to resolve the error. The environment is a bit dirty and neglected. The bathroom was also a bit neglected.

This is a very good restaurant. If you like Cajun food this is a good place to eat. The food here is really good. The only gripe that I have against this location is that it's kinda hard to get in and out of, and there is usually a pretty good line at the drive thru. That is indicative of some very good food, though. We popped in today, 3/18/24, to get my wife her birthday meal. She wanted the Flounder sandwich and shrimp tackle box.

This place should really be closed. They can’t keep staff. Sometimes the lobby is locked and only drive thru service. Have to check your order before you leave because the ratio of your order being wrong is high. They used to be really good and there service was top notch but management and staff shortages and weak pay standards has hit them hard.You really don’t know what you are going to do. Drive thru packed and go to the lobby and it’s locked. Door Dash drivers just leave. It’s pretty bad.
