Used to come a lot about 6 months ago. But now it’s super clean and everyone is so friendly! The food was fast, hot, and delicious. The staff were amazing even recommended the new fully loaded fry burger. I guess management has really turned this store around and it shows!

Every time i've come to this Rally's recently i have had a great time. The employees are so nice and if you want it fresh, they will make it fresh for you! Some people don't like the robot but i think its great. I was told they are under new management and it shows! Me and my family will be back.

The robot was amazing! It got all of my modifications correct. The worker at the window read the order back and was super friendly! The food was delicious and the service was fast. They must be under new management it was never this good before!

How do you screw up this much?? Received two “double” chicken sandwiches. Stay away from rally’s if you don’t wanna get screwed.

Exceptional service and food when we went. Which happened to be late at night one day.
Just a quick bite from Rally's I went through a AI customer service to order all my food. The service after I order was really good helpful and I was really impressed everything was accurate like literally everything was accurate when I told the computer customer service. What I wanted I was really shocked I took things off I've added even the computer make suggestions so I think the future is coming if not already here. Give it a try just for that experience alone was very interesting. But hey it's a fast food joint a burger is a burger but when it comes to Riley's you will get the bacon that you always want it on your burger.

It's the only place close by that's got decent food and stays open late. The service for the most part is good. Only complaint is they way you cannot change up your order at the window once you've placed it in the drive thru. You can change nor add anything on, help me understand that?! I'd get if I was trying to change my whole order and they already had it fixed. But i just wanted to add something and was told I couldn't.

Food was pretty decent . Guy working the window was friendly . Totally don't like talking to a dang robot when trying to place your order . Would have given more stars if there was actually someone there to give the stars for .
