“It was quiet and peaceful in the store. I was waited on immediately. The only thing was it was very a stressful and intense atmisphere . Too many bosses I think. Everyone was ready to serve. it was quick and the young man was courteous and patient. The food was awesome.Vegetarian options: I'm so glad I can get a vegetarian sandwich without looking at me strange. Anything you want is exactly what you get.“
“Although everyone does a good job as far as actually doing their job they're wonderful but some of them don't have any freaking customer service personality at all I mean yeah they talk to you they don't smile they don't say they just scream welcome to Subway like they're tired everyday not all of them but some of them and honestly it really that's wrong with me after I've had a hard day at work. “Sandwich was good They was very busy and handled everything in a timely manner however I do not think a short crop top and jogging pants was an appropriate way to come dressed to work in foodserve. The belly button was quite visible because a lot of the stomach was showing“
“Food was excellent ! The fries was delicious and I'm not a fry person at all ! Staff went above and beyond to make sure or visit was like we was the only ones in the whole restaurant ! I have 1 complaint . The lids kept popping off our dranks and the drank would spill on us . That's the 1 and only complaint that I could give them . I would totally recommend eating here just be really careful with your drank so you don't end up wearing it .“
“My husband, my 4 year old, and me had the best experience here ever. On September 7 around 5pm we went in to order sandwiches. There was two guys working. I didn’t catch the guys name that made our sandwiches but he was super nice! He made jokes with our 4 year old and was super welcoming. Definitely recommend going here!“
“Very busy inside but the crew stayed focused and dealt with all the crazy modifications people made. Line was to the door and yeh we waited at least 20 mins til we got to order but i wanna thank the etown staff for their hard work !Being short staffed and staying upbeat isnt easy .Just remember , if ya dont work in food service.... you cant fuss toooo much , until you know what its like working on the OTHER side of the counter.“

“Had one salad we ordered come with less in it then you'd get on a 6" sub. Asked for it to be chopped and too lazy to have it done like any other Subway. They just tried cutting smaller pieces with a knife in the serving container. Otherwise, courteous staff, great place...Dietary restrictions: Like the last fast food chain that still has options for people either on a diet or restricted type diet due to health. Kinda makes them an only option to eat out. Bonus points for Subway with this...“
“Friendliest Subway I've been to. The owner is super friendly & professional. Food is always fresh and the sandwich artists are always friendly and professional as well. The only thing I could complain about is sometimes the tables are dirty when I dine in. Other than that, awesome restaurant!“
“Today was my first visit I ordered a sandwich no mayo and got a bunch of mayo I was not gonna complain so I ate it a supervisor named Tiffany came and ask how everything was I told her it was great except I wanted no mayo but ate it cause I did not want to complain she so professional friendly and surprised me with her desire to make it right she offered a remake I was ok and said no thank she came back and offer me a free meal card for next time very sweet and she went on to apologize she put herself in my shoes compassionate took my experience from a one star to a 5 then I ask for her boss to commend her she always was like let us remake it for you I was like no thanks she gave me a card to come back she well try one of our deserts there desire to make it right was tireless this place has world class service and the food was great just next time hold the mayo ?️?“
