Went to order my son some food about 8:25-:830 and was told by a worker they could not take my order due to online orders and I was the only car at a stall beside 1 other car he took a order to and like 5 cars in drive through. The best part was when he told to me to hit the dash I said what do you mean he said well go somewhere else because we are back up with online order he did apologize and I said ok that’s fine and went to McDonald it’s sad but maybe they where short staff but close the restaurant to the public is you can’t compete your job

Horrible service, Waited almost 45 min to an hour for my order, Came out with an order and it wasn't mine. Waited 10 more min then finally. If I didn't pay already I would have left. I said something about the wait , and I was nice and appropriate and the guy shrugged and said.. Oh well

My partner was just here to get 3 cherry limeaides. The first set she received tasted like all the carbonation was out of the sprite so she returned and asked them to fix it. She then received 3 new ones which taste like they were dumped and filled with mildly flat sprite. This place used to be pretty good. The service and quality of this place and surrounding establishments such as Rally’s are all terrible now. Etown is really lacking in quality and service these days.

Food is gross I called to tell them and she openly admitted it was the oil and she will let her gm know to change it.... On top of the food being gross they were talking smack about another coworker the entire time...No good food and horrible experience.
The first two stalls I tried were broken.The screen in the 3rd stall shows pickle fries yet when I try to order they no longer sell them, odd.The last few times I've stopped here, a few minutes after I placed my order the message that so and so is heading my way with my order, which is weird because it took more than five minutes after that message to get my order. Why tell me my order is on its way when clearly it isn't? I'm guessing they're cheating some sort of metric, just a heads up if the owner is unaware, it takes far longer for the customers to receive their order.
