Nate helped me with a food deliver through Uber. The first drive stole my food, and he called to check if it got to me because another drive came for it. Then he rang it up and had it delivered with the new driver, he was really kind about it and I'm glad he took the initiative to call me and solve the issue. Even offered his personal number to make it easier. Can't thank him enough cause I wasn't even in town when I placed the order, it was for my niece at home. Thank you Nate!

Went through the drive-thru first thing in the morning to get breakfast. Did not get what I ordered the two crunch wraps made of steak. I went back through the drive-thru and reported the mistake was apologized to and told to pull forward. When I arrived back at the window I was asked for my card back for a refund. I obliged and a refund was processed. I was told just a moment and a few seconds later I was given a bag with the correct food in it however it was not made correctly. The two crunchwraps were not grilled they were just folded into almost a burrito shape with very little filling. I asked for my card back and was handed it with a new receipt. I asked if he charged me again and he said yes I can't give you the food for free. I was not expecting anything for free I was expecting what I ordered. I could not believe he processed a refund then charged me again. It took 3 days for my refund to come back to my card. I did not approve a second charge and while a lot of people have lots of money that is not something I have available to me and it was my gas money that was put on hold. It was very inconvenient that I had to deal with further financial issues due to someone else's mistake. I filled out the survey online and contacted via the website and waited four or five days and still have not heard back from anyone. I will not be visiting this Taco Bell again and I suggest you do the same.

I come to this taco bell all the time bc its close to my house but ive always liked the courteous employees but tonight was different one lady had the worst attitude in the drive thru speaker

The service was outstanding a well oiled team working together I was only in line a few minutes then my order was ready by the time I washed my hands. The bathroom was clean but needs a little air freshener.
Not like the old day when food was made fresh. But this company don't care, it's only about profit!!!¡!!!!!

So after I use the mobile app to order the food, I go to pick my food up. I go home find hair in my food not to mention I didn’t get the extra meat I ordered. So I try to call the store to let them know but I wanted my money back. The manager refused to give me their name over the phone the first time and then hangs up on me. I try to call them back to get instructions on how to get my refund. They answer the. Hang up on me. That’s when I proceeded to drive up to Taco Bell maybe get help in person. I get there, and the doors are locked was told to go to the drive through window. I go to the window and was ignored the whole time. Never got my refund so i smeared the food on the window and waited for the cops to show up as they stated they called the cops on me. Finding hair in your food is no joke. It is a huge health violation.
