Steak was way over done, ribs were saturated in BBQ sauce too the point you couldn’t taste the meat and they were over cooked and tough. The brisket was good, very tender. The coleslaw and baked beans were delicious. Overall not impressed with the atmosphere or the food though.

We stopped in and seen there was only a couple cars in the parking lot and we still had to wait 30 minutes to get a seat. Half of the tables had dirty dishes in them we finally got a seat there there was only two other families in there eating when we got our food everything was cold and looked like the ribs were microwaved the bbq on them was black and gummy and couldn't even eat them. Some of the worst bbq we have ever had...

Can't review the food. They didn't open the door. We waited 15 minutes after listed opening time. We saw at least 4 shot glasses and beer mugs on the railing left from previous night. I tried calling to verify opening time. We could see 2 employees in the kitchen door. One was vaping and enjoying a soda. Rather glad we missed our chance to eat there after reading other reviews.

The food was exquisite! Everything from the appetizer the sides to the main course. I had the 8 oz steak and it was better than a Texas Roadhouse steak any day. They even had cornbread muffins which were phenomenal and I'm not even much of a cornbread person. I am very grateful that we went there to eat instead of Texas Roadhouse. We got in immediately and had no line to wait in. The waitress was topnotch not once did my glass go empty and she checked to make sure things was going good for us and if we needed anything else. She was Not annoying about it either. The scenery inside was beautiful including the restrooms and the drop down ceiling in the main dinning area. Enjoyed the whole experience from the moment I walked through the door. Very friendly and courteous staff. I recommend anyone who wants delicious food that's better than Texas Roadhouse to try them out. They may not have rolls on their menu but the rest of the food that they do have makes up for it. Will be going back again.

I should have read to posts before I wasted my time and money. Bartender spent most of her time showing off her tattoos. I had to practically beg to get the check so I could pay, I should say overpay for the poor quality service and food.Like another person posted, I should have known I would have a bad experience just from seeing 2/3 of the lights were out on the large sign on the front of the building.I truly do not like giving bad reviews, and most of the time, I don't... it has to be pretty bad for me to write a bad review. The place looks like, at one point, it was nice. Unfortunately, someone has let it go down.

Just don't. Absolutely some of the worst food we have ever experienced. Service was good, considering they were extremely short staffed.We had ribs, brisket, and a ribeye. All were overcooked, underseasoned, tough, and cold.We ate one bite of each item paid and walked away.Unfortunately for us, that was enough to give us both explosive diarrhea, turning the last 4 hrs of our drive into a 12 hour marathon of torturous truckstop bathroom destruction. My a--hole may never be the same.Please, for the love of all that is good and holy in this world, save yourself and don't eat here.

We came in around 6:10 PM, no one was there to seat us, but a waitress made eye contact with us 4 times. We were seated by the bartender after standing for several minutes. She seated everyone else after us, so I don’t know what that is about.We get a server who only has 3 tables. Our drinks were quick, just to order our appetizers took 10 minutes, and then she walked away before we could give our actual order. We got the Outlaw Combo Tray. The ribs were drowned in barbecue and many parts inedible. The cheese cubes and fried pickles were just fine. Hard to mess up really. The tenders were good according to my mom.Then came the longest wait for after our order. After 30 minutes the waitress said they were getting our food together… what does that mean? Are they plating it or cooking it? Another 20 minutes went by till we go our very underwhelming food. My what was supposed to be medium steak was well-done and overly seasoned with being room temperature a cherry on top. My mom’s food was also overcooked and served room temp.The people next to us were also disappointed and look like they were fighting for their lives to eat their tough steaks too.We aren’t sure who is to blame. It was all around bad. We didn’t leave till 7:50 PM.Red flags to look out for in the future;* Barely lit sign.* Empty parking lot when there are a dozen of hotels around and on a Friday night.* Mountain of trophies that were surely purchased.* Look at the other patrons. See hardly any happiness? Walk away.* Long seating time, should take no less than 1-2 minutes.

This restaurant was just about empty. We were seated fairly quickly. The rest of my experience was horribleOnly given. Cocktail napkins to use at a barbecue place. Food was ok. Potion size was extremely small for a adult. Given child to go cups. Waitress messed up my check not once but twice. Requested to see manager and he was cooking and could not come out to see me and help me. I was extremely displeased with management and service. Still have not been given my money back. Going tomorrow to get my money that is due back to me for being overcharged. I will NEVER eat here again and do not recommend anyone else to either.Go somewhere else!!

This was our first time at the restaurant and it was not a good experience! The food was all good but the service was not this night. We received small napkins as extras at a rib restaurant, our to go cups were kids cups, and then we were incorrectly charged double and the wrong cards when I asked the waitress to split the tab. First we were charged for another tables charges, then when correcting the issue it again was charged correctly but not on the right cards that I clearly explained! Then to top it all off, when I asked to speak to the manager, he was too busy cooking and so the waitress said that I would have to wait a while and that I just needed to check my accounts the next day to ensure it was corrected! This was not good customer service or experience when trying to celebrate a special occasion!
