We're from out of the area, no waffle house around us. but adding 20% "to go" fee on a dine in meal is absolutely insane. Yeah, that little sign is there saying it, but nobody is going to see that unless they are looking for it because it's abnormal to look for it. What a ridiculous charge for average food. Why is this place popular?

Started off great until my husband ordered came with onions when he told the girl no onions. He ask her to have it remade and she stood there looking confused, I stated he said no onions she then said sorry and didn’t want to make it right. She walked away and I told my husband that he was getting another sandwich and asked her to have them remake it. She then got an attitude and act like we didn’t tell her no onion she said you’re going to have to wait walked off mumbling they don’t see if we were busy. We were patient said that it was not a big deal. We just need a new sandwich. She just continue to give attitude being rude. I really don’t think she’s gonna last that long if she’s going to get an attitude over her mistake. I did leave a tip even though she didn’t deserve it
Our waitress (Sheri?) was very friendly, efficient and the food was great. Everything was clean
