I was shorted one nugget from my biggie deal. I was not asked for a sauce or given a receipt. Cash is when you definitely should be given one. Also, my fruit punch only had about five ice cubes in it. Junior bacon cheeseburger wasn't hot.

I swear I try to give them a chance everytime but they can’t get any order correct. How hard is it to read an order off a screen and give out what people actually ordered. How do you get cheese fries mistaken for regular ones. How do you forget a whole entree to a damn meal and then also not send the correct side. Don’t call up here though! Last time I did and complained that they gave me someone else’s order the manager on shift was like - ughh ok and then hung up. Waste of time and money considering you’ll have to go get a whole other meal

It's fast food. No one is coming here expecting fine dining. However, the shrink-flation is in full effect. When I was a kid the taco salad was a meal. Now it's a snack and not a very good one.The area around the soda fountain smelled like stagnant water and mildew. It was very off-putting.I had to remind the guy at the counter to give me the accoutrements for my taco salad.

The service here is among the best out of all the Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. However, there is one MAJOR gripe I have with this location and it’s the parking lot. It has the largest hole I have ever witnessed in my life, comparable to an Olympic-size pool. I swear, it should be some sort of national attraction, it is that big. This thing’s length, width, and depth puts the Grand Canyon to shame. You would have to parachute down to the bottom, and if you did bring a shovel, because after a couple minutes of digging you’ll end up in freaking China. It’s egregious.My food came out nice and warm though. Good job.

So dude at the window started out with "welcome to wendys we are completely out of bacon" no issue at all! Then i asked to start with a baked potato. "We are completely out of potato's" totally fine! Proceeded with a number 5 combo and queso fries (fire btw)....ask for a frosty. Dude says "we are completely out of frostys."How are yall OUT of frosties too thats the wendys staple....bacon, baked potato's and FROSTYS............im not mad honestly its hilarious i had to leave a comment....love wendys though yall just gotta fix that store lol.
