The huge pot holes in parking lot still haven’t been fixed.. just bent my rim on my tire!!! How much longer is this not going to get fixed?! I sat FOREVER waiting for food and saw about 15 cars get thrown around by pot holes!!!! Get it fixed and speed up the service!!!

Food was great but the service was horrible , they man who attempted to take care of me and my family seemed like he didn't want to try to do anything and when he did the other guy was rude and was like no and all we wanted was to change the bread and sauce on a sandwich!!!!
The woman "Mona" in the drivethru made the whole experience bad in just the way she rudely acted. Haven't even tried the food yet!

I can't understand why places like this charge for extra sauces. The meals are already expensive enough. Then if you try DoorDashing, there's no way to actually order extra sauces. Don't bother calling the restaurant and asking them to add more either. Apparently Zaxby's doesn't do well enough to be handing out free sauce.

The service was alright. The food was not very good. They didn't get very much portion wise. The bread was soggy. And the chicken was not as good as normal. I also ordered three cookies and didn't get them even though I paid for them. I guess that's partially my fault for not checking the bag.
I use to love this chain, but the food quality has gone downhill.

The food at zackbys is good but they are being cheap and won't give me my zacks sauce when I go thru the drive thru. I can tell they are being cheap because they know people in the drive thru don't usually go inside.
