Price and flavors are great but literally got Hawaiian ice this weekend and i couldn’t taste the flavor. Just tasted like ice. Even when I asked for more flavor. Whatever ice they are using doesn’t seem to be holding the flavor.

Good Hawaiian ice. The ice cream used in the ice ball very cheap flavored.
Love the flavors but when you get to the bottom you can only taste ice. Also, me and my family went to go get snowcones today at 1:50pm and it said on their page they were open and opened at 12pm but when we came there wasn't a sign or anything telling when they would be open but the windows were closed shut.

We made the drive out here from Ft. Thomas just for the place to be closed. Hours online state they’re open from 12-8 on Saturday. It was 1:00. Huge bummer.

Great place for a cool refreshing treat! So much better than any other snow cone type establishment!! Hope they always stick around!!!!I'm sorry to say but since I wrote this original review my thoughts on this particular establishment have drastically changed!! The main reason being that it used to be open just about every day during the summer and did great business but for some odd reason they now are only open 3 days a week and only for 4 hours on those 3 days!!!!! I just wonder Why such a popular place that is really only open during summer anyway would even bother opening for such a very short time? I say very dissapointing for the entire community!!!! Boo to you guys!!!!! Booooo.

This place is the best around now that SnoCastle in Latonia is gone ( and no, Snow Palace doesn't come close to it's former glory). This place has great soft shaved ice, (no hard pellets to chomp through here!) and the flavors are strong. Lots of syrup. Great price for the size and the best shaved ice. We CRAVE this place now that we have discovered it! NO LONGER CASH ONLY. They take cards.
