After she gave me my order she couldn't wait to slam the window in my face and walk away. Couldn't even ask for a receipt. The food was good but I'll NEVER be back here again until they get workers that understand that they took a customer service job!!!!!

I came here to get food for my family and I for dinner. I ordered through the app and went and picked it up through drive through. Pulled over to make sure everything was there and it wasn’t. They missed one thing. I get it big order no big deal. Went in there they made my wrap, great But for the cook to sit there and say snide remarks oh it shouldn’t be no big deal it’s just a wrap like I should’ve forgot about it.I do not care if it cost me 1 cent for my food. I ordered and paid for it. Very Disrespectful.

Drive thru: I always get the same thing which is a double whopper and lady asked plain right which I thought was weird cause usually they asked add cheese or bacon and so I always say to add cheese but she ignore what I said and then proceed to say okay a plain burger so I thought okay maybe a double whopper with no cheese and so once I get home I find out it’s just a plain burger with no nothing. Seriously I never have a problem with BK but I highly don’t recommend this location.

I went through the drive through ordered 2 classic 2 honey mustard wraps only to have to repeat multiple times clearly that i did not want spicy wraps to only get 2 spicy wraps instead of my classic wraps and forgot to give me my Whopper. i mean if i have to repeat my order multiple times it should be a reasonable expectation to get all my food and get it correct i know how the service industry is and i would understand a hiccup if i didnt repeat my order but i did multiple times

Nightmare Before Christmas Fan
Workers were too busy dancing and singing than making food, they ADDED our food twice to the order, and messed up the order. We asked for a spicy royal sandwich and got a plain non crispy but $1 chicken with no spice and NOTHING ON IT. They charged us 8 bucks for a $1 sandwich we didn't even want. They also messed up my chicken wraps. And when we when to ask them to fix it they didn't just slapped spicy sauce on the chicken nothing else. Never eating here again!!!

I am soooo disappointed in bk. I had worked for bk in 1990 in Boston on commonwealth ave. I applied for a position and went in 2 days ago to talk to a mgr. I was told they were not hiring and I should apply to a different bk. Well today Easter Sunday I went to get a burger the same man that told me they weren't hiring as I awaited my meal was speaking with a teenage ish girl and I heard him say you have to reapply because ur app is no longer in the system then assured her they had openings. My inquiry was 2 days ago. I'm quite upset for being lied to and I demand to speak to someone about this . So I searched the web only to find there is no one I can report this to. I will find out where and if anyone knows how or where I can report this please let me know
