I ordered a smash cake and 24 cupcakes for my son's FIRST birthday (wild one jungle theme party) a month early and paid a month early! I was so so excited while ordering and could hardly wait to see the result just for everything to be perfect for his party as Emerson's Bakery has never disappointed in the past! I was oh so very disappointed when I arrived to pick them up. There has been no effort out into making these, we could've done better at home, they were nothing like what was ordered and I literally cried over the smash cake! Infront of other customers! I wish I could leave pictures. I will say the women working who also helped me place my order were sad for me also! Empathy! They did refund my money but I cannot express how upset I was taking that cake home and having to use it for his first party!! Highly disappointed returning customer.

Love, love, love their chocolate eclairs and filled longjohns! If their glazed round and twists were as tender and fluffy as they used to be, I'd rate them 5 stars. My Family Loves the smiley face cookies and danishes too. I understand the turnovers and cream horns are the best. My dad used to get him some every week when he was alive.

I was actually disappointed. I get donuts from Florence often but the donuts I got here were very dry. There was no real selection. The lady said they were still making some in the back and the customer service was lacking. Not very friendly.I apologize. I dont see how to reply to your response. I was there about 7am. The one that was dry was an iced cake Crueler. I know that cake donuts are a different texture than yeast but I get them at Florence and dont seem as dry as the ones I got this morning. I was looking for bavarian creme but they only had the white creme. I will still come to Emersons but will continue to go to the Florence location

I went today 5-19-23 at about 12:15 and whoever was working needs a raise. She was the nicest!! I told her I had a job interview and we talked all about it! She was so sweet and quick!

We love the donuts here!! Highly recommend the cinnamon twist donuts as those are a classic favorite! Always fresh and the customer service is absolutely remarkable! Mercedith took care of me and made my visit a great one! She made sure to have me my donuts ready to go the next morning! What a beautiful human being inside and out!! Thanks so much Emerson’s bakery! Always a pleasure and the greatest donuts on the planet! That’s a promise! :) Definitely Recommend calling and ordering a day ahead of you need more than a few of the same ones! The donuts go fast!!
