All I can say is... Shame on you people! You have pushed my last button! And I REFUSE to be treated so inhumane by this pharmacy staff including the pharmacists. And I REFUSE to be quiet! I take 24 meds a day, so I get confused about some meds at times & asked the pharmacist to please explain it again & I thought I had it right & she just said "whatever" Really? Then last Tues the female person at the walk up window got Very nasty, rude & sarcastic with me & making smirk faces at me with her back turned where no one in the pharmacy saw her! After proving on record the pharmacist told me the day before my meds would be ready at 11am NOT 5pm! And they still were'nt ready! So I asked that female person when can I get them as they were supposed to be ready six hours ago. She gets sarcastic & says "they might be ready in a few minutes or a few hours"! I said well I need them NOW. She told me to "Chill out" & I said No....I'm going back to my car & wait ten minutes & I will be back to pick up my meds that were supposed to be ready 11am! As I walked away that female person said "Whatever"...... I took a few steps & it really upset me big time, so I turned around & pointed my finger on that glass window at her smug face & I said "Don't you ever be rude with me" & she started giving me looks that could kill "even though she looked rough" I call the pharmacist while in their lot & told her what happened & she said she overheard everything, but not very sorry about it! I said Look... I want my meds like they should be & NOW! So they had them in 10 mins. I go back to the window to get them & that thang is still working the window. She asked for my ID & I put it in the door & when she put my meds in the door with my ID, she said have a great evening... I said I most definitely will & you do the same... And right before I walked away from the window I tapped my ID on the glass & she looked me & I said " Be nice,,, you might get somewhere" She gave me more dirty looks as I walked away. Well I been researching & talking to the "right" people about this. And 80% of the time they LIE when they say your meds will be ready for pick up! Even if you call in advance to confirm they're ready, you get there to pick them up & they don't have them ready or don't have enough or send you on a goose chase to other Krogers at the last minute! I am mainly speaking out & taking some action for the elderly & mentally sick that get treated with such disrespect from Silverlake/Erlanger Kroger Pharmacy. They cannot continue getting away with being disrespectful & unprofessional to their own customers! It Needs to Stop! Our lives are basically in their hands & this is how they treat people!

My turn to rant.I use Kroger for pick up.It is easy and simple, until tonight.I picked up my order and drove home.As I unpacked the bags I saw something odd.It was a container from Larosa's.I wasn't sure so I pulled out of the bag.Thats where I made the biggest, most , discusting discovery.It was leftover food. Smelly, rancid, food...IN WITH MY GROCERIES!I have emailed, and called Kroger about this. I can't get a HUMAN.Online it's a damn bot asking all the wrong questions.On the phone its voice mail hell.So now i am here on FB. Kroger I am not asking for anything, butThis is unacceptable!Employees should know not to dump their leftover luncd/dinner in THE PICKUP/DELIVERY BAGS!

The worst Kroger ever, cannot find anything, rude employees, ice that is completely unusable, and cramped aisles with pallets of stuff blocking the aisles. I would rather go through other Kroger's dumpsters than go to this Kroger

Do not do the pick up option at this location. They never have enough employees to finish the order. I had to wait an entire day for the last order before they could even complete it. What you were hoping for is convenience instead you get aggravated. Save yourself the frustration and don’t order through pick up at this location.

I was here picking up my girlfriend's meditation for her and the cashier at the register told me that she would have to call her insurance company for her car to be accepted into the system, in order for me to get her medication. Otherwise they were going to charge me for it. It is her first time at this Pharmacy and it will probably be the last time at this Pharmacy. Because y'all's workers don't know how to just input information into a system. I was not explained to at all about why she wasn't able to put anything in the system. Never coming back here for pharmacy needs again. Horrible service. Horrible staff. On top of everything I stood in the pickup line when I first got there and was skipped over by four or five other people until the lady finally said hey my window is down here at the drop off window but I was there to pick up.

The worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. (Silver lake) They're inaccurate with time. Prescription was called in 4 hours prior to me coming to pick it up. Wasn't ready. Told me 15 minutes. So I come back 15 minutes later only for another lady to tell me 30 more minutes. So I went through the line a total of 3 times waiting 3-5 minutes after each wait. Absolutely uncalled for. Will be changing pharmacies.

Where to begin…. Consistently for a couple years, No cashiers, only self check out. I always have to bag my own groceries. There is always expired food on shelves. Using their pick up service is pointless, it’s never ready when it is supposed to be, not minutes but HOURS late.

The deli is the absolute worst. They have one lady that works hard (Mary). The other ladies don't care if there are 20 people waiting. They either find something else to do or move as slowly as humanly possible. Give Mary a raise and get rid of Michelle. Michelle is the laziest person I have ever seen with a job.

I so wish management would do something with this Krogers! It's dirty! It's disorganized! It's hard to maneuver a cart around without hitting something. Dates are always overdue or the day of. Employees always chatting in the aisle with managers. Check out lines are seldom open or the amount they need. Self check is the way they force you to go. It's a shame! I worked here in college when it first opened. It was amazing in 1987. Less than a mile from my house and I drive by it to go to other stores. Shelves always need stocked. Dirty.

Was there today buying items for the buy 5 get 5 dollars off. A brand had a specific flavor with the 5/5 tag on it so I got some to complete the 5/5. I noticed the other flavors did not have them, so I figured they were just trying to push that one flavor. Stores do that, certain flavors are only on sale, or "select flavors." However, I guess that item was no longer on sale and that negated the other 5/5 items. This is not the first time I have had issues with prices not right, or no longer on sale and the tags are still there. I seem to have to police my receipt every week. Today, I just did not have time to go back in. This is why I left Meijer, but maybe it's time to give them another chance.

Just moved to the area and very disappointed in the Kroger here. It's old and dirty. I think they are doing okay during Covid except that I keep seeing employees not wearing masks right. It would be great to get more organic food in. I'm sure I won't be going here much once the new Trader Joe's opens up the street. Please PLEASE update this place.

There pick up service is horrible. I received a text message that my order was ready at 4 pm. I arrived at 4:45, checked in, waited 10 minutes, then called because no one came out. Finally someone answered, oh I will page him. Waited again, then called and he said my order wasn't ready and it would be awhile. Meanwhile 6 other vehicles pulled in line to wait... they filled one that came at 5 at 5:20. 50 minutes later... still waiting.
