Great place to take your family for bowling

Went there tonight with my grandson who is 9 and my husband. Our first time there. We won’t waste our money again. When we went in we were told they were offering “discount” passes because they were short staffed. Bought three passes then went to lazer tag Then we were told something was wrong with it and that we needed to come back in a few mins. My grandson wanted to play one of the arcade games so we went to the ATM but it was out of order. Had to go downstairs to use another one then go back upstairs. Tried playing air hockey but the machine didn’t keep score correctly or display the time. Gave up on that. Played a couple more and then Lazer tag was working but it was very small and half the vests or lazers didn’t work. Tried another game and it didn’t register the money inserted correctly and we had to pay more. Frustrated, we decided to go use our pass for the one bowling game that was included. Since some of the lanes upstairs were seeming to open we asked and they said we had to go downstairs. Then added “let me check to see if there is a lane open”. They said “we have one lane open” so we went straight downstairs. Once down there we were told “that lane doesn’t work all the time so you can give it a try but …..”. We decided to leave. My grandson had a small amount of tickets that we found out he couldn’t get anything with. I tried to express my frustrations to the Asst. Manager but she was distracted and interrupted by employees. I decided to go to the car at that point while my husband tried to help my grandson earn enough tickets to get something. He said after standing at the counter for a while counting tickets and deciding what to get while the clerk watched, after telling the clerk what they had chosen, the clerk then said he needed to take the tickets to another area to be counted. Like I said, it was our first time there. There won’t be a second.

Great place, bowling, skating and lots of games for the kids. 4 stars is for the older lady working there who could have been a lot nicer about the way she talks to paying customers.We got a text saying to "start making your way to the counter" when it was *almost* our turn to bowl, we started making our way, like we were asked to do, took a few minutes to gather up all the kids we had we with, the lady seemed like she couldn't wait to tell me she already took us off the list, because in her words we "took too long" , 5 stars worth of fun for sure, but the way I was spoke to, definitely taking a star away..

We attended a birthday party recently and the place has changed alot from the Superbowl days. Has a skating rink, video and games that reward tickets, lazer tag, and still has alot of bowling lanes. Was a good time for the kids and those that bowled. Only a 4 because quite a few of the games weren't working.

The bowling was fine. Once we got to bowl. It was a Saturday but I had called in advance and was told there wouldn't be a problem getting a lane. Get there and it's an hour and a half wait. The Manger was rude to me and several other people there. She didn't seem to be aware of how bad her people skills were. Food was typical bowling alley food.
Nice place to go for a kids birthday party. Not sure of price. But there is a hostess that serves pizza and sift drinks. It's way cleaner than super bowl was.

Great place. I go on the week days and it is all you can bowl from open to 5 p.m. for $10 without shoes which is amazing.
