Great kid that Clayton granger fella is he gave me extra sauce made sure I was comfortable in my seat he made me feel welcomed in a place where I’m usually not
They're very fast and professional. I never go in but going through the drive through is usually a fairly quick experience and they're very good at getting your order correct ,which means everything when going through a drive through.
The new look is nice, BUT. It went bad from there. Too much to put on here. Got my order completely wrong, My wrap came out of the wraper onto the counter, the girl still put it in my bag. Found a 4 inch by 4 inch piece of plastic cooked between my double. I called the manager on duty and took it back. Walked in only to be laughed at by the cooks and other employees. ( Not the manger). She was apologetic and nice. Always loved my Wendy's until this experience. There is more but I'm not putting it on here.

Unfortunately, I didn't catch the front counter lady's name but she was INCREDIBLY nice!!! She was also outside when we were leaving and told us to have a great evening.. she was cleaning the restrooms when we arrived. As a long-time gas station employee, I notice & appreciate a lot! I told her they looked great and she beamed with gratitude!

Try that baconator very filling I thought I like that but the $7 biggie bag is the best I think very filling and don't have to worry about being too full but being just full at the right time also order a large drink with that should be great until you get off of work and then it's time to smash

I'll start off by saying I'm very understanding when restaurants are busy and/or short staffed. However, this place was neither tonight. Got here about 9:10 and ordered 4 items. Got to the window and they said there was a wait on spicy chicken nuggets. No biggie, there's always a wait for those, so I parked where they told me to and waited. 15 minutes goes by. Besides the 2 cars that were immediately behind me, nobody else had gone through the drive thru, nobody inside besides the 5-6 employees. Backed up to see if they were on their way and just see 2 employees by the drive thru window glued to their phones. So I go back around and pull up to the window. One employee just stood there staring at me then called for someone else to come over. Next guy (who had seen me previously) thought I was there for a door dash order. Could tell he completely forgot about me... said he'd go have them make our food. Another lady was at least honest and came back and said "sorry, we completely forgot about you". 25 minutes later we're finally pulling out with our 4 items and realize they forgot the sauce. I would have more patience had the employees not just been standing around talking and playing on their phones.
Told us to pull up and park to get our order, waited literally 20 minutes. We pulled back around to ask about the order and the person working the register responded with “Sorry about that, we completely forgot about your order” And then they still had us wait an extra 5 minutes before handing us the order, which they messed up anyway. Ntm the staff was on their phones pretty much the entire time we were there lol??
