horrible customer service! just got off the phone with an employee asking where my order was, i had ordered it over an hour ago. in the notes i had requested them not to ring our doorbell, and to call me instead to greet them. my phone number was correct. they arrived, called a wrong number, and didn’t even leave the food i had fully paid online for. im frustrated, as i called and was met by a very rude tone and little to no help. i requested them to bring my food back out, they refused, im recieving a refund but it doesn’t stop the frustration! i was calm over the phone, and simply said i understand but this is a bit frustrating and i was again met with an attitude. i wont be coming back. i live two seconds away from the store, and am sick, they really did me a massive disservice today.

Ordered The Beast pizza. Tastes good but I didn't care for the sauce that much. It tasted like canned tomato sauce. The crust, cheese and toppings were great.I had excellent service. They were quick and seemed very friendly. I picked up the pizza and it was ready to go just as I arrived. Inside the store was small and had two seats for waiting. The room where they worked seemed way too large and empty. It felt like they could have shortened the work area and possibly made a bigger area to sit down at.

If I could give them no stars I would. Called at 8:05. Ordered for delivery. Paid and waited forever. By 10 we called and asked where our order was. The guy was extremely rude and said we told them it was pickup, which never happened because he specifically asked for my address and asked if it was pickup or delivery. He told me “well we are closing and getting ready to walk out”. Then he said “ we gave that order away to someone else”. Like what? My kids haven’t ate yet and I had nothing else in my fridge to feed them because I haven’t been to the grocery yet. I told him I wanted a refund at the very least. Which then he responded with “well I don’t think they would put pickup unless that’s what you told them”. I am so annoyed. Since they moved I can’t stand them. They are rude, dirty, and do not care about customer service. Very sad because my family always makes sure we tip 10 dollars or more every time. They even still forget our 2 liter every time and I always give them grace about it. We will not be back and my refund better be back in my account tomorrow morning.

I’m not sure if there is a decent place to eat in Falmouth anymore but this snappy is awful! It’s a few degeneratesWorking in a little metal shack.
Everything I order the food is worse, the last few times I order everything is burnt, won't order from them againParking: Ok, I am not concerned with parking but my hoagie was burnt it gets worse everytime

Take out | $10–20Had to wait a hour after ordering before finally getting my food, was ignored when trying to pick it up and they literally only cut 2 slices out of the entire pizza. And paid for bacon and got the smaller of sprinkles.Terrible service and work ethic. Will definitely not return, Also left 3 times and on the 3rd time I had to stand and wait for them to finish boxing it which took 10 minutes.

For one the delivery people are creeps. And for two the cookie is always burnt same as the pizza. Like honestly worst Snappys I've every ordered from they don't care at all and will not refund your money or remake your order will probably never order from them again. Not to mention most of the people working there is hooked on drugs no wonder why they've went down hill fast ..

Normally I don't post reviews . Because I understand life happens things happen especially in restaurants. But this one is by far the worst. For the past month I've called and I've gotten no answer but yet a different number can call and get a answer ( friends phones) today I called 10 times before I had a friend call she had to threaten to tell the owner on them before they would answer my calls . Proceeded to say they answered but didn't hear anyone . Lies because we kept getting the music playing. Finally I placed the order @ 6:54pm only to not have the order delivered to me til 9pm. By this time I'd done fed my kids and laid them down for school. I'm highly upset because I've never been mean or hateful I've always tipped always on delivery . But to be treated like this is bull. On top of it I don't do a little order my orders are always 40 to 60 bucks . My kids eat pizza alot. But I will not be ordering from here no more . At all for nothing .
