Love the Flatwoods KY location. Food is always made fresh to order at this location and we dont mind to pull around and wait for it. Unlike that other fast food restaurant with the Arches, DQ takes great care in providing a quality hot fresh product.
Your basic Dairy Queen. Nothing out of the ordinary. Clean. Decent food. Prices are high especially on ice cream items. That's why only 4 stars. Other than that I would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I love dining inside at this location. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. We never have trouble using our rewards/coupons on the DQ app here. If we're in a hurry, we can order ahead on the app and our food will be ready for us when we arrive.
