Had two things. Drunken noodles and Pad Thai. Chicken. Both were excellent. Seasoned well and large portions. Good service. Not a real fancy place, but both were really top notch. Should have taken pictures.

Updated reviewThe food and staff at 3 Ladies are excellent. Great improvement!! 5 star rating!Previous reviewI've stopped at 3 Ladies Thai twice in the last month. The food is very, very good. The one downfall is the lack of friendliness of the staff. I eat at lots of ethnic restaurants. This one is one of the few I walked out of and wondered what they are thinking. Definitely room for improvement in their interaction with customers. The second time I did carry out to lessen my interaction with staff...hahaBecause the food is good...

Food can be hit or miss. They have great vegan options and are happy to help you find them or modify to make it vegan. Bring a blanket bc in the winter it's freezing. Overall really good food.

Amazing food and fantastic service. Lots of vegan options, and the staff is very helpful in choosing menu items. We will certainly eat here again the next time we visit the area.

Really great pho. This stuff is medicine. For $12 you won't get a healthier or more fulfilling meal in the tri state. I get the chicken pho. Definitely will continue coming here.

3.75 stars overall but I'm rounding up to 4 since the portions were very generous and we came back more than once and meals were enjoyable each time. Service is very friendly as well. Ambiance is usual for any casual Thai establishment. Our favorites are the shrimp spring rolls (with peanut sauce), Pad Thai, and basil chicken. These dishes are pretty consistent and they taste great. They don't seem to skimp with their proteins so I really appreciate that. The flavors are great on the Pad Thai, as with the basil chicken. These 3 dishes are our go-to every time. We also enjoy the fried rice. However, sometimes we also get the pad see ew, especially when I'm wanting a bit more veggies than the noodle-heavier pad thai as well as when I'm in more of a savory (rather than sweet) mood. The first time we got it, it was great. The second time, the flavors were still great but the noodles were the wrong type (I wondered if they ran out of the thicker rice noodles) and they used the thinner ones that were basically Pad Thai noodle thickness but about 2x the width. The flavor was still great but the texture that was missing from the usual noodles that is supposed to be used for this dish missed the mark as a whole. We also get pho typically but the meat is a bit drier than we'd prefer and the soup is too salty but we just water it down with some hot water and it's ok. All in all, since the shrimp rolls, basil chicken and pad Thai are solid 4s and the pad see ew still has good flavors, the pho brings my numerical rating down to 3.75. Still really enjoy this place and will continue to come back for a filling Thai meal with leftovers for the next day.

They are super friendly here! The workers were excited and happy to help when we came in yesterday evening. The Lao Fried Rice was tasty and filling, and the beef Pho and rice paper spring rolls were classic. Definitely a Thai place I’d like to visit more, but we were just passing through.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)Just snagged some takeout from Three Ladies Thai in Florence, and it's a straightforward win.Pad See Ew:The Pad See Ew delivered - sweet, savory, and those flat rice noodles were spot on. Solid flavor game.Thai Summer Roll:Thai Summer Roll was a fresh kick-off. Light, tasty, and that dipping sauce added a nice punch. Good call.Lo Mein:Lo Mein held its own. Noodles and veggies nailed it. No-frills, just classic Chinese done right.Shoutout to Three Ladies and the crew for keeping it real with the takeout. Everything was packed tight, and the flavors are just as strong at home.If you're after no-nonsense Thai, Three Ladies Thai is the move. Takeout keeps it simple and satisfying. Definitely making this a regular thing."ทำบุญทานอาหาร มีความสุขตลอดไป" (Tam bun thaan ahaan mee khwaam suk dtà-làwd bpai)

We were leaving town and ordered food to go. We had the mild spice chicken pad thai and the mongolian chicken. Both were pretty tasty but if your not a spicey person watch out for the mild lol or just ad add a little yum yum sauce and you'll be fine.
