Was waiting to be sat for over 5 mins. No one acknowledged us. This is the second time @ this location this has happened. Definitely doesn't seen like the acknowledge people of color. And no they were not busy. The staff looked us in the face and kept walkin past us.

Took forever to get our food, orders messed up more than once, and how a place can mess up chicken Alfredo I will never know but they did! Absolutely disgusting! I paid 130 for food I brought home to my dog

My husband and I ate here Saturday 4-6-24. We use to love this place, but we ordered the 2 of 30.00 ribs. My husband's was cold and neither of us could cut the ribs. I finally got a piece and it taste like nothing , just a weird dry nasty pasty mess that stuck to your teeth. We have never tasted anything so nasty. The only thing we could eat were the fries. We assured the waitress that would be our last time there. We were at the bar area ,and a man heard our comment and he was very agreeable saying he had the same experience with these ribs. He was just drinking and not ordering food i hate to say this about this place, as we really liked it at one time. We also had chips and artichoke dip, that dip also tasted really old. Horrible experience and waste of money
It was the worst meal of my life, our hamburgers were made wrong, the French fries were colder than our beers, the meat tasted like they were cooked the day before. Our waitress was nice, but she was working the bar and waiting tables both, after leaving a 18% tip because she was working hard, it was $57.00 for tasting like feces. I will never go there again. I tried to to play the juke box but it had so much scum on it you couldn't swipe it to play what you wanted. The board of health needs to check it out. Florence KY.

Seated at the last booth on the right closest to the bathroom. The varnish is gone from the table making it a large sticky wooden sponge. We didn't sit there. We moved up one table where it was fine. The server was pleasant but obviously new. I ordered a half rack of ribs and got delivered riblets. No problem I wasn't in a big hurry. Besides we had an appetizer and my wife and kids need a head start anyway. My wife's bourbon street steak was so over done she couldn't cut it with a steak knife. My ribs came out pretty good but everyone's fries were old. Really old. Like left over from lunch old and it was 7:00pm. Our bill was $75. I tipped the server $15 but she never did bring me the new fries she told me she would get for us. Do better Applebee's. I used to love going there to eat. It takes the same amount of effort to do things right as it does to do things wrong.

I ordered mushrooms and onions to go with my grilled chicken. Upon receiving it I noticed there were 2 shrimp mixed in. I don't eat seafood of any kind, so have no idea if I could be allergic, this would've been a bad way to find out if I was. My boyfriend mentioned it to the bartender, because we were seated at the bar. She mentioned how she was allergic to shrimp and kind of joked about it. She said she would mention it to whoever was cooking, it was really busy so don't know if anything was ever said. That type of thing needs to be taken seriously.
