The manager was rude and walked away when I approached the counter. I stood there waiting and it took a few minutes for someone else to come out. There was also a small child that later came from the back with the manager she came back out and they just sat there and looked at me. I ordered lemonade.

The manager at the Florence Mall location is very rude! She got mad at me for patiently waiting 20 mins for my order. I said thank you when she finally brought me my order, she was mad, rude and muttering stuff under her breath.

Stopped by Sunday afternoon around 1 ordered a small pretzel bites, she said we are out of small's.. but there were about 10 large. I'm thinking you could divide 2 large to make 3 small. She really didn't look like she wanted to be there either. Not good for business.

The pretzels were soggy, undercooked. The cheese taste like toenail cheese. They decided not to give me, a hot topic working the %10 off when they’re supposed to give all mall workers %10 off.
