This is my FAVORITE Biggby location! The service is excellent! I love how friendly all the employees are. We frequent the store and the way the employees interact with customers and each other inspired her to want to work there. Thank you to Lela and all the crew!

Usually I love Biggby across all locations but this one does not hold up to the others. I have never had issues with other stores being consistent and my drinks always taste the same, which is why I love them over Starbucks. I went to this location yesterday for 2 drinks. One they made incorrectly as a hot beverage when I had told them frozen and then were not able to fix it because they turned the machines off before it was even time for the store to close. Beyond that, the drink was terrible and didn’t taste remotely how it normally does. They offered for me to come back and have my drink remade tomorrow but this location is 40 minutes from where I live. At which point they gave me a couple $2 off 24 oz beverage coupons and when I asked if they could be used at other locations they said they were pretty sure…they cannot be used elsewhere, I tried. The second drink tasted like someone had lit the coffee on fire and poured cream over it. I threw away $17 worth of undrinkable coffees. No one will answer the phone at this location for me to attempt to resolve the issue.

Food and coffee is good. But they refuse bills over $20. And EVERYTIME I swipe a card they add an extra $5. I'm always told by the cashier (it's your bank) then the bank says nope, no holds, that was the charge. I'm kinda just tired if you guys lying about it and blowing me off. You have to fix this. I even tried 3 different accounts over the past few weeks, They ALL did it. You guys are helping yourselves to tips and hoping we don't notice.

A very comfortable place. The barista was very helpful and the French Roast coffee was very good. Had the weather been better, I would have taken advantage of the outdoor seating.

If I could give a negative I definitely would! I visited 2/24/24 @ 10:15 am. I was looking forward as I had heard good things only to be disappointed, stood there for TWENTY FOUR Minutes to be told they lost my order! The staff are rude, very rude when I asked for a refund even though it was their fault they lost my order. Never ever ever will go back!! Learn how to hire staff that know how to take orders!

Great place to grab a coffee and visit a friend. The latte and coffee cake were delicious. I noticed some board games they have out for guests to use as I was leaving.

Favorite coffee shop. They give you strong coffee. If you like sweet best to ask for double flavor shot. Because they give you double shot coffee no extra charge here. Always good staff. And they make your drink how you like. But please don't ask them like 5 different ways to Sunday for 1 drink. Even I think that's weird.Vegetarian options: It's coffee , bagels, and some breakfast stuff. Their muffins and cakes are good though. The chocolate cream cheese is the best.

I’ve come to this location for a regular coffee with my half and half steamed so it’s not cold. They charge $4 whereas Starbucks charges $3 and Starbucks doesn’t charge to steam the cream. Biggby charges a latte charge for steaming the cream. Ridiculous! Then i had a dollar off coupon and stopped at the Turfway Rd location and asked if I can use the coupon for $1 off any latte since I’m getting my cream steamed. They said yes and I got my coffee minus the $1 off. So instead of paying &3.14 for the coffee plus steamed cream, I paid $2.14 plus tax. When i came here to US 42 location, they wouldn’t honor it and they didn’t know how to ring up the order w coupon. I wound up going to Starbucks because the people at this location don’t know what they’re doing. I refuse to go back there.
