Ivan, our server was trying to do too many things at once. Took a long time to take our order, forgot items over and over. We were a party of 4, so not a big group. Got the 2 checks mixed up, blamed the manager and the other couple in the group ended up leaving with an over charge on their card with assurances it would come off later. Fingers crossed! Would go back, just not with Ivan as our server.

This was our 1st and last time at this location. Had to ask for refills after waiting for them for 10+ minutes. Wasn’t checked on by server to see if we needed refills or was missing condiments. We came during a slow lunch time so it wasn’t exactly busy. Manager decides instead of helping server look for something behind the bar that it was a good idea to yell it in an annoyed tone across a dining room with guests in it. Then we had to ask for our check after waiting a while and then waited another 15 minutes for server to come cash us out. I don’t mind waiting especially if a place is busy or short staffed but they were neither busy nor short staffed.

Great food, huge portions, never disappointed! We go there about 4x year and we always have good service and food! Spinach and artichoke dip is top notch, a little small portion for the dip, but it is wonderful! The jambalaya is amazing and this time I tried the "great white" pizza--fantastic! Catch it on happy hour and it is only $6! Well worth a try!

Probably the most money I have ever paid for bland food. The rundown: side salad and a water (ok). sweet tea and parmegen spaghetti dish (smashed flat chicken cutlet, no flavor). Sweet tea and fried chicken sandwich and fries, ( burnt bun, chicken cold, awful), prime rib sandwich with fries and a coke (meh). $85 plus tip. Not impressed at all.

Overall it was a good meal. Food was good. Our server was great. The hostess was a different story. We did a reservation through open table because my husband is injured and in a sling, and a wait would increased his discomfort. We arrived just before our reservation time. The hostess proceeded to sit two other parties our size and a bus load of people that all walked in after us with NO RESERVATIONS. We waited an additional 20 minutes until I went to the desk and questioned why so many others were being seated ahead of us. It seems that reserving through Open Table was a waste of time.
We made the reservation thru Open Table and arrived early and were told it was a 20-25 minute wait that it's not really a reservation, it just puts you at the top of the list. To us sounded more like a waitlist and not a reservation. Previously when we made a reservation thru Open table we were told they don't take reservations so I had to show them my email confirmation

We (two of my best friends, their daughter, my wife and I) all came to Florence as part of a roadtrip and for a late lunch/early dinner we dropped in.The service was awesome. The waiter was incredibly attentive, extremely friendly, and just an all around nice guy.The food was delicious. We got deep dish pizza for the main course - which was excellent. Great texture, good flavors, great presentation. Everyone loved it.We also shared the avocado egg rolls and the nacho platter, both of which were also great.Overall, a great place for food and friends on a road trip.Kid-friendliness: BJ’s in Florence was very kid friendly. The menu seemed appropriate, the waiter brought out a “mocktail” to go with the adults. Overall very friendly and good.

Came from northern Ohio to celebrate anniversary and decided to stop in as we’ve never been here before. The entire staff and management made the entire experience better than we could have imagined. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a pleasant dining experience and it kind of saddens me that we are from out of town. Can’t praise high enough about the staff here. Thank you for making our anniversary special.
We made a reservation in advance and was still required to wait 45 minutes to be sat. Booking a reservation is a joke through Open Table since “they aren't able to support the availability that Open Table has listed,” according to the manager. They will make their lack of preparation your problem with ease. Our server was also incredibly underwhelming and seemed as though she hated her job.

When we went in we instantly felt judged my the hosts and our waitress was rude and didn't ask us anything about our food and constantly slammed stuff down on our table. This was annoying because we saw her be nice to others...

Food was absolutely amazing!! Tomato and mozerella salad and sliders definitely hit the spot. Service was outstanding and food came out very fast. And we got a carnation for Valentine’s Day. Definitely a great way to spend Valentine’s Day!
